First time at a Waffle House and was not disappointed in the slightest. Eating here was easily top 5 dining out experiences I’ve had period. The lovely gentleman that helped us, Jon, stayed on top of everything and was very, very polite. The food he made? Peak. The service? Peak. The atmosphere? Immaculate. It felt like stepping into a small town diner. “Midwest nice” servers that had regulars’ orders ready for them by the time they sat down. Vibes? Absolute peak. Jon made my waffle perfectly. So friggin fire. Loved every second of it and cursed the fact that I’m not from here from the moment we walked out.

You don’t know what you have until it’s gone. As I drive in a huge counter-clockwise circle around the USA that will last two months, this is my last Waffle House. The next one won’t be until I get to Arizona. So it’s breakfast this morning and I’m going to savor it.
Waffle with pecans. Eggs over medium. Hash browns covered and chunked.
Eggs and hash browns were perfect. Prepared quickly and ready almost instantly. The crew here is on point.
The waffle was less than perfect. A little underdone and not the full round shape. A bummer as it’s not photogenic but hey, that’s how it goes sometimes.
Enjoy your breakfast 24 hours a day. It’s the Waffle House!

What can I say, it is Waffle House. Good food for the price. Fast and friendly service. A good people watch on both sides of the counter. We never go south without going to at least one, and this one was good. We loved the Halloween decorations as well.

I wish anything else in this world ran as well as a well-staffed Waffle House like this one. It’s ran with a level of precision that would make a Mercedes engineer take out his clipboard all while maintaining an extremely friendly and welcoming atmosphere and delivering food that should be the standard for Waffle House.
