I would give the location five stars except while customers were waiting twenty minutes for their food and the three women worked tirelessly to fill orders, the managers sat and gossiped at their laptops in the dining room not helping their crew or their customers. I’m not sure but they might have also been discussing which one of them has the most ridiculously long clown like eyelashes. This location needs new managers and to applaud the dedication of the real workers. Caroline who made our order was amazing and should be the General Manager

This is one of the best ran Taco Bell’s I’ve been to in a long time everyone was supper friendly the Manager showed great leader ship quality’s! In fact I quit going to Taco Bell for years because every time it seemed like I was a problem and god forbid they get your food wrong! But this place has changed my mind in one trip so I just had to shout them out I went August 20 around 8:15pm

Went through the drive through. Order was right. Had us pull up to wait for fresh nacho fries. Was about 2 mins. All our food was hot. Extra sauce we asked for was in the bag. All good.

They no longer take orders at the register, you have to use the kiosk. The food was good, and it was made in a timely manner. My favorite thing about Taco Bell is the mild sauce, and Mexican pizza !! Update: Went to the drive thru tonight for a quick bite, and I gotta say the hard shell tacos were put together better than any Taco Bell I’ve ever seen.

I don’t understand how hard it is to read a ticket on an online order. what’s the point of asking for something off a burrito and i bite into it and they add extra of what i DIDNT want. i work fast food too, 6 days a week, really not hard to read.

Took over 30 minutes to get our order and it was wrong went in they gave us “the right food” get back to the car it’s still wrong. None of this would happen if it wasn’t for Corporate. Maybe hire more people instead of letting your employees drown in it just because you don’t wanna pay minimum wage for more than two employees. This is on corporate not the individual employees. This location would be great if it wasn’t for that. If Taco Bell wants to be next to go bankrupt , hoarding all their money and short staffing every location in order to do so is absolutely gonna get you there.

This was an excellent visit. Even though there was a crowd, my food was hot and ready quick. I had 2 Beef Dorito Supreme tacos and they were amazing.

Look I hate writing bad reviews, but this is simply not acceptable. I ordered a crispy chicken street taco. I get it’s a new menu item if you can’t make it just tell me that. The window employee had to remake my chicken quesadilla please hire or train the cooks it’s not fair to the other employees.

The drive-thru cashier obviously couldn’t read, I asked her for the jalapeño honey mustard and she told me it was 2 separate sauces and argued with me about it. Then they got the order wrong, left out a taco, and put lettuce on my brother’s tacos after we asked for no lettuce because he is allergic. Order number 7f10c0.
