IM GONNA GO AHEAD AND SAY IT. THIS IS THE GREATEST WAFFLE HOUSE IN THE SOUTH.
It’s clean. It’s spacious and cute at the same time. The jukebox is amazing.
The staff was fun, attentive, and really unbelievably thoughtful and accommodating.
The food at the casino was horrible and we got to come in from Portland, Oregon and Oxford, Mississippi and spend a lot of time here over ten days.
The new to-go order feature was seamless and incredibly efficient.
And it was SO CLEAN!

I was actually surprised to see lots of people at the waffle house at 4:30 to 5 in the morning. A family member had to go to at the hospital, we were there for almost 6 hours and by time they got released we were hungry. First thing we thought of. “Waffle house “. Our waitress was really nice and friendly. I would definitely go back if we are out late again.

Frequent patron for Saturday morning b’fast. I’ve tried all the local places I know of, and nothing compares to this Waffle House in New Albany. I always get just basic bacon, eggs hash browns & toast. It’s ALWAYS perfect, EVERY TIME. Everything’s prepared fresh, directly in front of you, hot, exactly like I want – crispy bacon, OE eggs, hash browns w crispy edges, buttered toast. The waitress was nice, didn’t keep us waiting while she took care of tables that arrive after we are seated and “forgets” about us, (like a lot of places do) wasn’t on her phone or talking to someone else about non work related topics, very professional.
The food was amazing, the waffles were fluffy, the sandwich i had was good, very filling.
I went in thinking about getting a sandwich and two or three waffles, but that sandwich and one waffle was enough to fill me up.
Over all it was a pleasant experience and the only thing I didn’t much care for was the fact that they’re already putting Christmas music out but I can’t really complain about that considering I have multiple Halloween songs on my Playlist so over all, I’d give this specific building a 5 star rating and a hope for other music!

Worst service of any Waffle House I have ever been to. They were slow, rude and the food was poorly made and barely warm by the time it got to us. It took our waitress almost 30 mins to call out our order, not to mention the 15 minutes we waited for them to clear our table to sit down. The waitresses were more interested in chatting and playing around instead of waiting on customers.

First impression wasn’t great. There was a wait the servers were not aware on who was next. 4 tables were dirty with 4 servers on and 3 cooks. I know business may get busy, but it would help if they had awareness of the restaurant. I saw positive reviews dated 2 weeks prior so I’m sure they went through a change. My feedback is to ensure you have the MOD control the wait and communicate to the guests. From the table, looked like chaos. My server was great (Rae) and the food was good. Today may have been a one off but wanted to share feedback so they can manage better. Even the servers didn’t know who was next to put in orders. Your guests shouldn’t have to hear that.

Whenever we visit Louisville KY, I always, always have to stop in at Any nearby Waffle House. This was my first time at this location and their service was excellent. Friendly environment. Stopped in around 10:00 last night. Food was good and hot, sweet tea excellent, and the gentleman who waited on me gave me the best service I’ve had at any Waffle House. Will definitely be back and will recommend this WH to my friends.
