Surf has become our go-to location for all special celebrations as well as date nights (and we are not local! It is a half hour drive). They don’t accept reservations for small parties (I believe under 6) but I promise you the wait will be worth it. Cocktails are always delicious and imaginative. The food though… OH MY GOD THE FOOD! Whoever is their head chef deserves all the praise and then some. Their sushi staff is unbelievable with the tenderness of the fish and how the sushi stays so well together, falls apart in your mouth. The consistency of delivering dishes to the table promptly and the quality of dishes always being amazing just shows you they are very proud of this location. We have been to the Portsmouth one as well, and while their water view is gorgeous I have to say the Nashua location beats their food quality and has amazing service in comparison.
We were told we would be seated in 45min to an hour. We were in our seats within 30. A wonderful wait staff noticed we were waiting and she offered us drinks from the bar to make the wait more pleasant. 10/10. Put me in your marketing

I have eaten here a lot and for good reason. Food is consistently delicious. Staff are consistently friendly, happy and accommodating. We bring our two little kids here sometimes and though it is a nicer restaurant, I feel like the servers are really great with them too. Never had a bad experience here. They are also able to adjust easy for allergies. There is usually a crowd but it moves along, go early and just get a drink at the bar while you wait. Highly recommend!

One of my favorite restaurants in Nashua. We come here very frequently and always a great time. I love the hostesses always so welcoming and one in Particular even remembers my name. The food is great and the service is second to none. We almost always order the specials, tonight’s sushi in the avocado was amazing. Something happened tonight worth mentioning , we were sitting at a high top as usual and one of our party knocked over his drink. In the time it took to clean it up our bartender Josh without asking, brought him another one. Talk about service and attention to detail! I promise you will never have a bad meal here. Love the vibe everyone so friendly Shoutout to Thomas for keeping our water glasses full and knowing his football stats made my husband happy. Michael Buckley knows how to do restaurants.

Anniversary dinner was superb. Scallops were divine and the pecan pie tall cake was out of this world.

Surf has been one of our Go To restaurants inspite of not liking the drive on 101A. Their food consistently is excellent. Their specials are always great. The service is above average. On August 15 2025 Surf offered a sushi special which blew my mind. The small plate goyza and crab cakes were great. Lindsey and team gave us great service. We’ll see you again soon. Please make the sushi special a menu item.

Very nice meal, relaxed with great service. Smoked trout was delicious, oysters and clams equally delicious. Portuguese stew, lobster rolls, all great.

First time eating here, celebrating a birthday… Family from NYC, the food was basically good, but the prices relative to the portions are not reasonable; most dinners are overpriced by about 10 to 15$; I’ve been to plenty of excellent restaurants. My mother ordered a martini (I think).. the drink arrived with mostly water and vodka, she made a strange face; missing all its cranberry juice, tasted weird; waitress brought cranberry juice..14$..; tried the infamous lobster fries; gravy soaked wet sloppy fries: how this idea is appetizing is beyond me..
Was anxious to try their crab CAKES.. but I forget if I read it right or not- they serve ONE CAKE..?? on a mountain of cole slaw… That doesn’t make any sense to me.. the price is irrational..
My seafood trio was honestly just too damn small and I was seriously surprised..
I’m sure a lot of people disagree, but there’s a dozen other great restaurants with better portions.. waitress was wonderful..

Great hot lobster roll. They chop up the meat so the bun is loaded. Great vibe and very busy at 5:30 on a Friday. $45 with the beer, not bad.

I have seen Surf in Woburn, MA and heard lots of good things about it and never realized Surf also existed in Nashua, which is closer to me! So I was very excited to try and I was very pleased with the service and food we received. I got the Seafood platter and it was GF-DF with some coleslaw and I loved it. There were so many other choices I could have ordered so of course I cannot wait to return and try them all!
