Stopped here to get our Waffle House fix b4 heading home to WI. VERY impressed w this location. Everyone was very friendly and I noticed, helpful to each other. The waitresses said hello and goodbye/thank you to every customer. Obviously some were regulars..including a group of older Vets..I was really impressed how the staff treated them, almost like family. Brit was training an employee and she was very patient and attentive to the new hire, yet continuing to efficiently maintain the customers needs. Laina was super sweet, working at cleaning as well as her other duties. I watched Ciara also working to keep supplies filled while also doing waitress duties. And Caleb..he cooked our meal with some flair (a great egg flipper!) And dang, it was perfection. New hire was very sweet as well. This is a great location, clean with great employees who obviously care about what they do.

We came in as a party of 10. Emma was our server. She was PHENOMENAL ❤️ The food was great especially the waffles. The staff was happy and hardworking. I truly enjoyed seeing and hearing the management stating you’re doing a great job. Keep up the good work

I would give a 1 star rating but I eat here often and it’s usually fine. It just seems the crew that works between 8pm & 10pm doesn’t care. Multiple bad experiences with wait times and incorrect orders with lastnight being the most recent. I ordered a chicken egg and cheese grit bowl only to get to work and find out my “bowl” only had chicken and grits. They will leave your food sitting open on the counter waiting to be bagged up while they sit around and talk and scroll through their phones. Again, it’s only the crew that is there between 8pm & 10pm.

Received some best customer service here because from the door to my exit I was well taken care of. I ordered the AllStar Breakfast and wasn’t disappointed. 8.5. The waffle was fluffy, and buttery plus cheese eggs, bacon, grits with raisins toast (apple butter) spread. All hitting. The people were very welcoming making sure I was good throughout my visit…minus the hiccup with the register at the end (no fault to them) it was a notch service. Overall my next trip down I will definitely tap in and grab a bite in 8.8.

A homeless man came in and the manager loudly and rudely reminded me that he walked out on a meal.If he wanted to eat today , he would have to pay in advance. i approached asking to pay for the food. He walked out on and his food for today. And it was a big situation, they act like they couldn’t comprehend or bill me for the meal, he walked out on. finally, a waitress stepped up added a meal to my bill and I left a $20 bill for him food in case he came back. and I’ll let that manager know that just because he was in the wrong doesn’t mean you need to be loud and embarrassed , folks , you could have told him calmly and respectfully. i noticed the man clearly was homeless and had obvious mental issues as well.

What can I say? I love me some Waffle House! The service is great! The food is comforting as I could literally eat breakfast all day and the prices are fair and economical. Even the portions are great! The servers are friendly and thoughtful and the cook knows what they are doing because it is always hot and delicious when the food arrives! The refills on coffee don’t go missed and I have always liked the general atmosphere of the booths and the diner style. Waffle House is always full of true and real neighborhood community and honestly I think other than the food, that is what I like best! I can sit quietly in a corner, enjoy my food and no one bothers me. I never feel rushed, even when they deliver the tab.

Unlike the waffle house that is at 69 and 465, this one is dine in. The server was great and food was excellent! Thank God the manager of this waffle house doesn’t succumb to the stupid idea that delivery only is better. Definitely recommended this place!

Went in on a Saturday afternoon. Place was dirty, trash in the floor. Food was burnt and greasy. Got a pecan waffle – all the pecans were in a handful dumped in the center so I had a mass of uncooked waffle mix surrounding the mass of cold pecans.
I’ve eaten in Waffle House around the country, the only one worse was in Kentucky where I picked up the menu and roaches fell out.
