We were greeted when we walked in and sat down. Our server was great. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the floors under some of the tables were dirty with napkins. They were cleaning while we were there. The food was hot and fresh. All of this food was under $30.

I’m a regular weekday customer at this Waffle House, and I usually have a good experience. The food is good, the atmosphere is fine, and the staff generally does their job well. However, my experience coming in on a weekend was very different.
Everything was going well until it was time to pay. I asked to split the payment—$15 on one card and the rest on another. The cashier seemed to have trouble with this, and before I knew it, the full amount was charged to one card. When I mentioned it, she just looked at me and said, “Oh, the card took the full amount,” in a way that felt dismissive and rude, like I didn’t understand what I had asked for. Because of that, I wasn’t able to leave a tip, which I actually wanted to do, especially since my server was great.
Another issue, which isn’t the restaurant’s fault but still affected my experience, was the behavior of other customers. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome. People in the booth across from me kept staring, and when I got up to pay, an older woman nearby moved her purse from the chair to her lap as I walked by, as if she thought I might steal it. That moment really stuck with me—it didn’t feel good to be judged like that for a old lady to think I would do such a action, my mama did not raise a crook, that just made so demoralized to think that’s what people see me as.
To be clear, my server did a good job, and the food was good as well. The only staff issue was at the register. Still, between the payment situation and how uncomfortable I felt around the weekend crowd, I don’t think I’ll be coming back on weekends, if at all.

We went at 10am and it was slammed. We managed to get the last two seats at the counter and as usual, it was a meal with a fabulous show from the staff. They worked so well together that even though it seemed like every table ordered at the same time, they didnt mess anything up and there was a line of food cranking out of the kitchen. The staff was having fun interacting with each other and us at the counters. They were jumping into cleaning together and making sure their customers were well cared for.

My burger was VERY DRY & my hash browns were ROCK HARD. Disrespectful patrons inside that we’re also trying to get close to other customers & our party to scam card info. I watched the guy trying to hold the machine under his coat. It even made my daughter’s dash scramble. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER GO TO A WAFFLE HOUSE THAT’S NOT DOWN SOUTH!! I’ve been to 2 states & absolutely LOVED my food, service & atmosphere. And they weren’t rude either!

Was going to try this place smelled good yet the music was so loud our heads started hurting, you could feel it in our seats. We asked to please turn it down they said yes, yet it was still unbearable. Other patrons asked as well yet still extremely loud. Canceled our food and left. Thanks yet no thank you !!

I like Waffle House and I have been looking forward to eating at this one on my way to work. I finally got up in time to eat here before work. First impression is that it is clean, but cold….no heat. The waitress was nice, but Waffle was undercooked. Coffee was cold. I got scrabble eggs instead of over-medium eggs. The grits also had a large lump in them. I listened to two employees argue about whether grits went in the plate on in a bowl. Food wasn’t good. Very cold on a 32 degree day. Cold coffee. Clean restaurant, nice waitress. I’m not coming back anytime soon.
