we came in on christmas day, the place was extremely busy. we overall enjoyed ourselves except for one part of our dining experience. we saw a manager, whose name was Josh, stand there during the christmas rush yelling and screaming at his employees doing nothing to help. he sat there and screamed tickets, without even looking like he was trying to offer to help. extremely disappointed in how he behaved. ruined the dining experience. a dear friend of ours works there, and seeing everyone mistreated was insanely displeasing. please do better.

The young lady that served us checked on us a few times. Always had a smile. I think maybe she was just learning. I wish I had caught her name. Because she made our breakfast experience very pleasant. She had on a blue shirt and a girl in a red shirt was kinda following her around so that is why I think maybe she was training.

We stopped on our way back from vacation from NC our teenage daughter wanted to experience a Waffle House and she was very excited to try the food. The staff was great making it the best Waffle House Experience for a thirteen year old.
