Stopped by on Sat afternoon for late lunch, and the food was absolutely delicious. We ordered the paradise salad and Waco kid burger with butter beans as side. The salad was the right balance of arugula and quinoa with the mango salsa giving it the perfect sweetness and kick. Could’ve been a bit more generous with the portion considering the price, barely enough for one much less share by 2ppl. The Waco burger was definitely one of the best tasting burgers I’ve ever had. Perfect medium cooked juicy meat with the caramelized onion and bourbon flavors melted perfectly with the gouda cheese. We could easily Hava had a burger each instead of sharing . The butter beans side was certainly unique and tasty, almost creamy in its texture and blended well with the dressing.
However, as great as the food was, the service was pretty terrible. We were mostly neglected from the start even though rstu wasn’t busy at 2:40pm. Took 10 min to get orders taken, then server didn’t even bother giving us utensils or napkins after she dropped our food on table. Never even checked on us once until after we finished our meal and she bought us our bill. We ended up going inside and grabbing napkin and utensils from open table.

Consider me a skeptic, when someone states that a place has the best burgers. I mean, I grill a mean burger, if I do say so myself, however Butterfly Burger is definitely next level, if a burger hierarchy exists in this world. The meat is fresh, juicy, feeling like a prime cut of sirloin in your mouth. I could end the conversation there, but oh no my dear readers, that would be sacrilege, possibly blasphemous. The “accoutrements” and “embellishing” of luxury ingredients, condiments, and culinary execution is why a $20 burger exists. It’s more than worth the premium, where “you know” the number of times a menu item, or restaurant didn’t meet the hype, and ultimately, yes you were disappointed, because…money is money. This is not that by a long, long, long measure. Oh no, its heaven between soft brioche buns. The atmosphere contrasts the vibrant colors of Sedona, harkening speakeasy vibes in the best possible way. Low-light surroundings, ambient lighting, soothing music and an amenable, friendly waitstaff. There’s an ample drink menu to choose from and tasty, but whimsical sides, delish. Although I am visiting, pretty sure I will make a return visit for burger number two. Butterfly just feels good on you.

I came here for their vegan options and I got their vegan burger. While it was easily smooshed out, that’s how vegan patties are! That’s an all around thing that happens with vegan burgers made from real veggies and food. I really enjoyed it! It tasted great and even though it was easily smashed out, I just grabbed a fork and ate it. I liked that it wasn’t those super processed fake meats and that it was food made out of real things. The fries were also good and the young man that was my waiter was really nice. I wanted to eat outside even though it was 40 degrees and he didn’t even hesitate and accommodated me! I got the burger, fries and 2 drinks and after tip, it came out to about $80 for just me. So…it is pricey. But it’s also a tourist town and to be expected. I can’t speak to whether it was technically worth the price but I can say I didn’t mind paying it when considering where I was.

Had dinner here Oct 20, 25. Beautiful restaurant and decor. The food did not disappoint. Tasty, clean, great flavor. They gave beans or instead of french fries -bean were ok but I would have preferred the choice to have ff instead. Service mostly missing. Overall, great food!

The food was good, it took forever for us to be acknowledged when we walked in. The bar tender and another saw us, however it was clear they were not the host. Eventually she says somebody will be with you. A waiter said he’d be with us and came back after delivering food.

Most delicious hamburger ever!! It is unfair to all the other burger shops out there! Meat was perfectly juicy and seasoned! This is a classy, sit down hamburger restaurant and the food is so good! You will never want another shops burger again. Also, the lavender shake was divine! Really good shakes and sides! The yucca fries sound interesting and they are, and just a wonderful surprise! Secret recipe though, ha ha. Our server was also so great to us!

First time here, the food is amazing although the truffle tater tots were extremely salty. The service ruined the experience. We literally ate the appetizer with our fingers/shared the serving spoon because we never received silverware. Another lady dropped off our food and we had asked for silverware, she never brought it. After like ten minutes my friend went inside and asked for silverware. By the time he checked on us again we were done. Took another 15 minutes to get the box and the check and by that time the flies took over the food. As a server myself, I always tip 25% or more even for mediocre service but I tipped 18%.

It seemed chaotic from the moment we entered. The hostess seated us, and then it was a while before we were brought waters, (and they never refilled waters even after we requested refills) we finally got to order after about 20 minutes. We never got silverware and when I went to find the server he was washing glasses at the bar. He was clearly trying to do several jobs at once. The burgers were mediocre, and the sweet potato fries tasted like they had been in a warmer for hours. The cheese on the street tots was cold. If we are going to pay $90 for a couple of burgers, they need to make sure management has a better plan to serve customers. The one server trying to keep everything running won’t cut it. Discombobulated and I hope they make changes, quickly!!

Awesome burgers and you really need to try the yucca fries. Wait staff is a little slow but overall the place was really top-notch. I was going to take pictures of my burger however, It looked so good I couldn’t wait by the time I got ready to take the picture it was gone.

One of the best burgers I’ve had, period. Juicy flavorfull but at the same time well done. Waiters were very friendly and professional. My only setback was that inside the restaurant is very dark, maybe too dark for my taste to bring my family. We ate outside and enjoyed the beautiful fall Sedona weather.
