Tina was our server and she was amazing. Tentative and with a smile, you can tell she loves what she does. She was a true professional! This was our first time dining at this location in Dayton Ohio. We’re from Chicago and she made sure we felt welcomed. We will definitely be back when back in Dayton!

Had a rough day and actually walked down here in the winter storm. Hayleigh greeted me, made sure I was OK and took my order. The whole staff this evening (well morning 2am) was so amazingly nice and efficient. The food was great, but what stood out was the kindness and care they all showed me. 5 stars. Thank God there are restaurant workers that care still.

More than 3 visits to this location in the past couple months and the experience is always the same:
Step one: Wait staff asks about costly customization options and I choose a few. Raising the base price of a 13 dollar breakfast up to 16 or 17 bucks.
Step 2: they add another 3 or 4 bucks for “flatware, plates, and materials” plus a “service charge” for the staff that took time away from the nothing else they were doing to deign to make your $20 dollar breakfast.
Step 3: dirty looks when I don’t add a tip to the credit card transaction.
Step 4: wait in a chair near the door because we can’t have you taking up a spot at the counter… I mean, you only paid 3 extra bucks for staff and materials… Think that entitled you to a seat at the bar for 5 mins? No sir.
Step 5: leave a cash tip of 20 to 25 percent of the 20 dollar total. For a grand total of: $25
Step 6: Make the 30 minute walk home only to discover… White bread instead of raisin toast, no pecans in the waffle and no onions or cheese in the hash browns. ALL THE EXPENSIVE ADD ONS THAT I BOTH PAID AND TIPPED FOR WERE LEFT OUT EVERY TIME A 100% FAILURE RATE!!!
Convinced they do it out of spite because I don’t tip until I get my order. This location should be avoided.

I brought my son and his friend into this Waffle House and no one even acknowledged we were there. We never got seated or even had anyone say anything. I would give this location zero stars if that was an option. Rude. I’ve never been more angry. Do NOT go to this location ever.

Food was great. Service not so much. Employee more interested in plays music than cooking. Music too loud for breakfast. Once they decided to take care of us food was fast. Never ask for coffee refill till after I ask for a cup. Seemed in a hurry to get ride for me.

I need to highlight the amazing service and the friendly staff!
As for the food it was average nothing interesting. I was craving something sweet so I ordered the chocolate waffle and it didn’t came as expected. It won’t satisfy your craving.
