I ordered the newest item to the menu for lunch sometime type of steak,well done with a toast with some butter,hash browns with cheese and a soda. It was delicious. Service was great as well. A little noisy but still tolerable especially when you know the food is delicious it’s to be expected.

I just was at this waffle house for over 35 minutes, they asked me to wait I was patient, no arguing, I was fine. It was as if they took that as a sign of weakness. It was packed,,they literally cashed out everybody in the store besides 2 people sittin there. I moved to the side said nothing. Now I got visibly upset as the time went. There were orders but literally me and 2 other people in there thats it. They still refused to help me. I never been this upset about a food place in my life. I gv myself a 5 min time limit if no one said anything to me id just leave. This is after 30 min of waiting. I’ve had great service from Waffle House employees from thid very store to all over Columbus Ohio to all over Atl where I’ve been the last 7 yrs. By far the worst ever tonight. No excuse!

Every single person who worked here ignored us for 15 minutes. After being seated we was ignored for another 10 it was empty maybe a couple people but every table was dirty and when someone got up they didn’t clean it. Stayed this way majority of our visit. Our server was no where to be found and our food was wrong and missing items. No other server would even acknowledge us when we tried to get attention. And before we even finished ordering the server put our ticket on the table before the food arrived!

THIS place is the tops. Every time I go in my boyfriend and I are treated to wonderful food and wonderful service, and it seems everyone else is too. I love how they care; they laugh and joke but are professional and courteous. The food they make is fresh, and delicious. It’s good, home-cooked food when you want it and don’t have energy to make it yourself. The prices are *very* fair, dare I say even reasonable in today’s economy. I definitely recommend this location, and hope they continue to have calm nights and good business for many years to come.

2 of us Walk in at 1:30 am, there is a group of 8 on one side that hasn’t ordered. Our server said she wouldn’t take our order until they finished theirs… all we wanted was waffles and sausage/bacon. So when we finally get to order we’re told it could be closer to an hour for the meat but our waffles would be just a few minutes. Seriously? Waiting for 8 other people to even order to then tell me I have to wait for 3 pieces of bacon and 2 sausage patties?
My husband got a waffle so we could get back on the highway… I’ll hit up a taco bell for better service next time!

2nd time here and food still good but today the cook burnt the bacon multiple times and I was upset that my toast was cold but we all know things happens but whoever cleans tables off need to make sure entire area is cleaned but besides that great greater and a amazing waitress.
