Compared to the Bentonville Taco Bell this place is dog crap. If the owner doesn’t wanna go on a business, he probably ought to hire people with better attitudes. They screwed up my order They forgot my Chalupa, so there was one item completely missing, and they made my two crunchy taco Supremes into regular crunchy tacos. I had to make sure I double checked the bag to figure it out. Then I walked in and I very nicely walked in and explained it to them without being mean or pretentious, just stating a fact and being kind. The short girl with the bushy black hair and hair net was extremely rude. There was one guy in the back who might have been the manager made sure they remade the tacos, but she even tried to come up and just give me the chalupa without giving me the tacos. He checked her and made her give them to me. She barely looked at me and made it seem like I was being a pain in the butt and rude to her or something, she in fact she was being rude to me. I said “you know you can actually look at me in the eyes.
I’m not mean and I don’t bite. She rolled her eyes and proceeded to walk me to the door where she locked it behind me. I never want to come to this place again. She should be fired for her rude attitude and terrible service. Tbh, I 100% blame
the owners. Take more pride. Be present. Hire better and pay your people better because they sure as hell acted like they hated their job. Awful service. Reminded me of being back in Memphis. The bentonville location is miles ahead. The workers there care and get things right. It’s small efforts that make all the difference. I’ll favor that one every time if I can, but mostly this experience makes me want to frequent Taco Bell much less….

We got into Rogers, Arkansas late, and most sit places were already closed, and we were tired from the long drive. I stopped by this Taco Bell to get something quick to go. My daughter ordered from the kiosk. The food took forever to come out. When we got to our cabin, we noticed the packaging was sloppy. My Mexican pizza got smashed, and all the topping/cheese became part of the box top. The Gordita Supreme did not taste good. The beef or steak was salty, hardly any filling, just pita bread. Is this how Taco Bell make their Gorditas now, or is it this location??? It used to be one of my favorite menu items.

Overrall good food, but most of the time when I order here i don’t get what I ordered. Like, say I ordered a burrito, and they give me the wrong type, or when I order fire sauce and they give me mild. And, I haven’t ordered a chicken quesadilla yet without there being salad or little tomato bits in them. And one more thing, what happened to this sign?

Just ordered a lot of food that included 2 Beef Burritos and 2 Chicken Cheesy Rollups for my babies, ages 1 & 2… what the hell am I supposed to do with 2 tortillas with shredded cheese?! I could’ve done that a home at less than half the cost!!!! When you order & pay for menu food items from a restaurant, you’d expect to receive it or at least notified that there may be a wait for the food items ordered!!! I enjoy Taco Bell but I really detest poor and sloppy service!

We just left this location and sat down to eat our food and we’re very disappointed with our entire experience with this taco Bell. First and foremost, the girl taking orders and working the window was short and rude the entire time. After taking our order and getting up to the window, we sat at the window for 20 minutes, waiting for three tacos. While inside you could hear them laughing and talking and clearly not doing anything as the seating area had already been closed. Understandably they were busy but also for three tacos it should not have taken so long. Once we started to eat our food, we realized the tacos were 95% lettuce and 5% beef, which is the only thing inside the taco that we ordered. The taco shells were cold and stale, and the meat on the inside was cold, not even room temp. Very disappointed with this entire experience. Not a good Taco Bell and would not go again.

Placed an online order- the order I got was incorrect- tried getting help, the gal in the drive thru refused to help, refused to fix the issue and when I asked for a manager she shut the window, walked away and never came back. Tried calling- no answer, tried sending a message via the app, no response. Just go down the road to another fast food place and avoid paying way too much money and not getting what you actually paid for! #boycott #tacobellsucks

Only reason they got a star is because It wouldn’t let me not put a star. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Trash everywhere in lobby and kitchen. Tables sticky and covered in food. No condiments or napkins. Food took 45 minutes to get to me. Avoid this Taco Bell at all costs. Terrible.
