We recently visited Waffle House #2190 in Cincinnati, and everything about our experience exceeded expectations. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The atmosphere was exactly what we hoped for—lively, friendly, and full of that classic Waffle House charm.
A special shout-out goes to Laura, whose customer service was absolutely outstanding. She was attentive without being overbearing, incredibly friendly, and made us feel right at home. It’s rare to find someone who clearly enjoys what they do and takes pride in making guests feel valued (even out-of-towners from Portland, Oregon like us)—Laura absolutely did that.
The food? Spot on. Everything was cooked perfectly and just as we ordered. It was exactly what we came for—no surprises, just good food that hit the spot.
If you’re in Cincinnati and craving Waffle House, #2190 is the one to go to. Great service, great atmosphere, and great food—everything we hoped our visit would be.

It is what you would expect from a Greecie spoon. Depends on who is working there because they have such a high turn over rate for servers and cooks. When I was there last it wasn’t really worth a return trip. Food came out not as ordered missing cheese and onions and burnt. The waitress there was not a happy camper at all so the experience was not as it should have been. She didn’t return for refills when they were needed and she had attitude when we asked for mayonnaise for our sandwiches. It was not what I was expecting.

Had a 5 star review for years…until tonight… I usually eat in and the service is usually great. Tonight I decided to get carryout instead of eating in. Even tipped $5 for an online carryout order. My husband went inside and picked up the order. We get home and it’s wrong. Whatever it happens… So I had to drive everything back and let them know. I asked for the order to be remade instead of just adding what they didnt feel like reading since it would be cold by the time I got back home and THEY REFUSED!! THEY HAD 3 TABLES AND WERE NOT BUSY… THE MALE COOK AND THE SERVER THAT I ASKED TO REMAKE IT DECIDED TO GET PISSED AT ME EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE THE ONES THAT DIDNT READ THE ORDER AND EVEN STARTED CUSSING AT ME WHEN I EXPLAINED I HAD TO DRIVE BACK HOME AND EVERYTHING WAS GOING TO BE COLD!!! They even started talking about me to other customers as I was leaving with my cold food!!! Then when I got home YET AGAIN, I realized they made my eggs wrong and added the plastic cheese, which makes me sick! So my meal was an absolute waste!! What used to be a stop my family made once a week will no longer be happening!!! Shitty service with a shitty attitude!!! Glad I spent $45 to just be so pissed I didnt even eat the cold food I bought!

The waiter was incredibly polite and his mood for 330-430 am was very cheerful and welcoming. We all got all star specials except one who got it without the waffle. Great service, food was cooked perfectly and everything was right.

Paid for extra bacon. Didn’t get it. Employees smoking weed out front, not even trying to hide it. Smelled so bad I might have caught a contact high. I won’t be coming back that’s for sure.

The Waffle house in Delhi has gone way downhill. Service was terrible and we watched the food sit on the counter getting cold before it was served to us.
