Not sure who in the back was angry but I felt every bit of their ire. (I hope their day gets better.)
Although the presentation was less than desirable and I didn’t receive the sandwich I ordered, the food was of pleasant temperature and taste.
Soda is very watery, fries are extremely salted (I mean extremely), and the music is weird NPC music that I would hate to listen to all the time as an employee (it’s like I’m in a video game character customization screen all the time), the burger was tasteless and unseasoned with poor veggies. I don’t keep high expectations for fast food places but this was a very poor performance even with that in mind.
Service was great though, no complaints there.
Burger King Store #9434. Date 9/18/2025, Time 9:01 pm . At witch time I ordered a # 2 with No mayo add Mustard, with extra Bacon, Heavy onions. When I returned Home the order only had the added ketchup that I requested. I was charged for extra Bacon, also charged for extra onions. I it was there it was invisible. The second Burger that was also ordered also was a number 2. It was correct. My problem was this why take a Job that you have no interest in just to make the Money. At the same time you or not filling
Customer’s orders correctly, but you charge them for a bad order. I don’t know about anyone else, but I don’t have $24.87 just to give away. I advise anyone to orders Food from Burger King store 9434 check your order before leaving the Drive through window, or the inside counter.
Boy those days are gone! I ordered a Whopper in the app yesterday and now you have zero options to customize, with the exception that you can remove items.
When I get a burger, I can’t get enough pickle, so that’s the one thing I would request extra. I guess somebody in the B-King c-suite decided it was more profitable to take those options away and so I will vote with my feet, as the saying goes, and go where I can get my pickle fix (Wendy’s let’s you customize!).
I’m also 90% sure that meat patty was 1/3 smaller than it used to be. Instead of a Whopper, I got a skimpy- whimpy.
