This is the first time that I have visited this Burger King. I placed an online order for a Whopper meal. I selected the dining room option. I was pleased with the promptness of service. Burger King offers a 25% discount if you have a Walmart plus account. Getting a complete Whopper meal for about $7 is a real bargain. The dining room was clean and well lighted. Restaurant associates were friendly.

Although the presentation was less than desirable and I didn’t receive the sandwich I ordered, the food was of pleasant temperature and taste.

This is the best fast food establishment i’ve ever been to. Whenever I come here the employees are extremely kind, patient helpful. The food itself was amazing, and I was shocked at how low the prices are. While I don’t come here very often they always seem to impress me. As a fast food worker myself, they had me wanting to level up my own game.

This has to be the cleanest Burger King I’ve been in. Fountain drinks work and there’s ketchup in the dispenser. The staff greater me when I entered. Ordered my food and 3 minutes later it was ready. Excellent burger! Love a good Burger King!

I’ll keep it brief, with beginning low expectations when I entered the establishment:
Soda is very watery, fries are extremely salted (I mean extremely), and the music is weird NPC music that I would hate to listen to all the time as an employee (it’s like I’m in a video game character customization screen all the time), the burger was tasteless and unseasoned with poor veggies. I don’t keep high expectations for fast food places but this was a very poor performance even with that in mind.
Service was great though, no complaints there.

I was enjoying the first burger I’d had in 2 months, due to surgery. Sat down, was enjoying the flame broiled scents as I opened up my burger. Just me and my husband in dining room. In a couple of minutes, the scent changed to chemicals from the mop bucket water !! Gross, ruined my enjoyment. I actually thought she was going to ask us to raise our feet to clean under our table. Burger King Store #9434. Date 9/18/2025, Time 9:01 pm . At witch time I ordered a # 2 with No mayo add Mustard, with extra Bacon, Heavy onions. When I returned Home the order only had the added ketchup that I requested. I was charged for extra Bacon, also charged for extra onions. I it was there it was invisible. The second Burger that was also ordered also was a number 2. It was correct. My problem was this why take a Job that you have no interest in just to make the Money. At the same time you or not filling

Boy those days are gone! I ordered a Whopper in the app yesterday and now you have zero options to customize, with the exception that you can remove items.
When I get a burger, I can’t get enough pickle, so that’s the one thing I would request extra. I guess somebody in the B-King c-suite decided it was more profitable to take those options away and so I will vote with my feet, as the saying goes, and go where I can get my pickle fix (Wendy’s let’s you customize!).
I’m also 90% sure that meat patty was 1/3 smaller than it used to be. Instead of a Whopper, I got a skimpy- whimpy.

Terrible. Very nasty inside. Rude manager. Cashier Andrea needs improvement on her customer service skills and just because someone walks in with a coupon doesn’t mean you can’t build the sale. Word of mouth about new products would of been helpful. I wasn’t aware of the new cheesy tots! Your manager, Jose, needs a lot of Compassion training. In 2018 customer service has fallen below standard especially at fast-food places and I’m sorry but my expectations are not short because this is inexpensive food. This location needs improvement!

I went here today, 6/22/2025, this lady right here in the pictures below, she didn’t have a name tag on, but I asked her what her name was and she said Carla. Carla is very rude, argumentative, sarcastic, unprofessional and has a very bad attitude. She refused to take my order and told some one else to take my order. She said under her breath “oh lord” towards me, so I asked her what she said, and she repeated it. She began arguing back and forth with me. She is really nasty , has no customer service skills at all. You should not be talking about or making comments about your customers out loud where they can hear you. I will never go here again!
