Jen and Jamar served me at this location, and they were both wonderful. The restaurant was very clean (including the restroom), the customer service was top notch, and it was one of the most enjoyable visits to Waffle House that I’ve ever had!

I would give 6 stars if possible to the manager last night. She was an absolute angel working a busy Christmas night to still give us the most welcoming and kind service. She joked around, complimented our outfits, and was very kind to the children. She brought the holiday magic last night!!

We felt like royalty being the only customers when we walked in! Workers were very nice, spoke and laughed with us while we enjoyed our meal. Since this was daughter’s first time there, we give it high ratings for the visit.

When you walk in no greetings, no smiles making you feel welcome to come in at all. Store was semi clean which was nice as there were events going on around this store and everyone around them were busy. Bathrooms were clean but the store was freezing as many waffles houses are but this location was so cold we said forget it and left. Again no employees said anything which is sad because just 32 mins down the road in Xenia not a single person is a stranger but treated a regular.

Used to love this waffle house. But waited 20 minutes to be served and nope, she constantly kept looking at us and walking away after telling us she’d be right with us. Constantly making eye contact but she’d then find other things to do. Other servers were obviously busy with their sections so, this was mainly this waitress’ problem. Never got tend to. Also when we walked in and ask if the table was available bc an employee jacket was there. They said yes, but did nothing about the jacket which is awkward as well. But this waffle house used to be amazing. What a turn of events.

I stopped by Waffle House at midnight while my wife was in the hospital, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience during such a stressful time. Kelly, my server, was absolutely attentive, kind, and quick to make sure I had everything I needed.
The food was perfect! My cheesy scrambled eggs were cooked just right, the bacon was wonderfully crispy, and the raisin toast was a comforting touch. The smothered hash browns were the star of the meal—packed with flavor and just the way I like them.
Thank you again for another delicious meal!!
The late-night atmosphere was warm and welcoming, exactly what I needed. Thank you to Kelly and the team for making my night a little brighter. I’ll definitely be back!

The food looked and smelled delicious. Our waitress was wonderful.
Unfortunately, the restaurant was so filthy we couldn’t sit there after ordering drinks. The floors were caked with food, trash, and sopping wet in spots. The bathrooms were awful. The sink had food chunks in it and there was feces all over the toilet seat. Staff was informed but unconcerned.
We love Waffle House, but the conditions were absolutely deplorable. The pictures are two small examples of the debris and condition.
