I came yesterday (February 14th) around mid morning. The restaurant was pretty full. My server rae, saw us and quickly cleaned up a low bar spot and sat us up. Not only did she create a positive atmosphere for us, she didn’t make a single complaint when my kids were making messes all over the table. She was a fantastic waitress. If you go here, ask for rae!

It is my birthday today, and since I don’t get to go to Waffle House, I requested we drive to Ohio and get some. We stopped at this location and was not disappointed at all. I was having a shitty birthday up untill we sat and spoke with our waitress and ordered. She was the nicest girl ever! Just made my day SO much better! Family of 6 who loves waffle house. Whenever we are traveling, we try our best to find one along the way and stop to eat. This stop wasn’t the greatest. First, our server was either really new or just didn’t care. He was very quiet, and I could barely hear what he was saying. He did take our orders quickly. He forgot the coffee, so someone else had to get it for me. When our food came out, most of it was just lukewarm, and the gravy didn’t even cover the biscuits. I feel like the service could have been better and the food could have been a little warmer.

Food was just okay. They made hashbrows very good. The meat was overcooked. A person in my party, their bacon was black. Another person in my party ordered a steak and wanted it medium it was well done. Wish I had gotten pictures of their meals. I didn’t find out til after. The A1 sauce bottle was filthy it really needed to be wiped down. No toilet paper in mens bathroom. The waitress Lexi did a really good job at her job and serving us but her cook he didn’t seem to want to be there.

I had a great experience at Waffle House! The food was delicious, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The staff was quick and attentive, and my server went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. She brought my food out promptly and made sure I had everything I needed. This place easily beats any fast food spot—and even some sit-down restaurants. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I am from Florida visiting my best friend. She treated me to breakfast. I do not eat pork or beef so I ordered grilled chicken. .Our waitress was very respectful,professional and kind however the cook was very rude she cooked my egg and waffle before my chicken was ready. which I know it takes longer to prepare .However I feel she should have cooked my chicken prior to overcooking the waffle my eggs were perfect yet, my food was cold due to waiting on my chicken to come out.

Tried to charge me two extra “service fees” $4.50 for each fee….for an additional $9 on my order…. LOL not happening ….thats insane ill scramble eggs at home before I pay $9 in just fees for food… never been to a waffle house that charges service fees not sure it employees are running a scam or what
