Sunday 3/1/26 My server was Destiny. She was cheerful from the time she said “Welcome” to the moment she said “Come back again.” I had been up all night packing to move so I was tired and hungry that I could barely talk. Destiny was patiently taking my order, asking me how I wanted the items prepared. My food was delicious and ready in little time, that’s why I WH. I love to see people caring about their customers. Thank you, Destiny, I appreciate you and your crew! You greatly helped in my recovery that day.

I was there with my good friend who loves to have grits with breakfast. There are not many places that serve them. We went before lunch and had no problem getting seated. I enjoyed the meal. I had a waffle for the first time. It was alright for a first experience, but it was to much with the meal. The service was good. My friend treated me to breakfast.

We Waited outside 15 minutes to place an order Only to be rudely told Everyone will have to wait 30 mins while the cook smoked With security infront of us.. The other two employees did nothing. How a cook who makes 3 orders every 15 mins to take a 30 min break while customers are waiting to order is crazy and lazy. I left and saved my money.This whole staff Service WAS TRASH !!!
Its funny that other brice location closed for this location to essentially deny service for a unecessary cigarettes break. Deliberately Counter productive.

Well went into get food. Had to wipe down our table. Didn’t even get recognized for 25 minutes. Food was burnt when we finally did get our food 45min later. Definitely wasn’t a short staff. Wife got her drink. Son got his waffle but nothing else came out for another 10min. So we got our food. Wasn’t as good as it usually is. Finished our food and still didn’t get our drinks before we even finished our food. Guess this is what you should expect when several of employees looked high.

It was kinda crazy when we got there. The waitress put down 3 napkins one for me and my 2 kids.. and I grabbed it and put it next to me and she was like ummm can I have that back, and I was like the napkin?? And she was like yea.. so I was a little confused but put it back and she started putting silverware on it.. she was an older. Heavy set black woman.. and well I wasn’t about to start ruckus at this restaurant with my kids but she had a bad attitude.. and then it took forever to get our food.. and I didn’t get a coffee refill till the end of my meal. I get that they’re short staffed but personality and a smile go a long wayyy… and I just felt like they missed the mark. The waitress and cook were arguing, lol I thought I was being punked! Like where are the cameras? And she semi looked offended that I didn’t leave a tip… like are u serious?? Well its safe to say were not going back to this waffle house.. ever again… =/

The chef was really good and worked quickly. Our waitress Denise(I think that was her name) was very pleasant and attentive. Restaurant was clean and kept in good order.

I would not suggest this waffle house. Our server in training was very nice and was trying her best but she clearly wasn’t being trained well, considering none of the other staff were really doing their jobs. Everyone was on their phones. All of our food came out one small plate at a time. The kitchen was terribly filthy. We watched one employee wipe his nose with his hand and immediately grab uncooked meat. After waiting a while, we realized they forgot to make our waffles for us. I asked for them to-go because we were ready to leave at that point, and they proceeded to burn the waffles two separate times before they finally brought them to us. Employees aren’t paying attention to the customers or to cooking. I’m not a snob about professionalism or anything like that, but this was pretty exceptionally bad. We did not eat our leftovers for fear of food poisoning.

Terrible place for food, service. Servers would rather talk with each other. No refills on Coffee. Each server charges different prices for same meal. Scrub floors while your eating.

Food was great service was good. You are unable to go inside and must order through a window. There is also an armed security guard walking around and standing out front. I’m told.that there are a whole lot of fights and other incidents at waffle houses.
