My family had dinner at Waffle House on Valentine’s night, after all other options were dismissed as a possibility. I was unsure of where we’d fill our bellies tonight, & I’m glad we came. Neo, Reggie, & Robert displayed exemplary customer service skills & hospitable treatment this evening.
We were greeted with enthusiastic smiles & told to sit where we’d like. We weren’t the only family in the house, yet we were treated as if we were. Our food arrived & we were eating what seemed like moments after we sat down.
I’ve not been here in a year or more, but I’ll be stopping in much more often now that the service has excelled in the right direction. Thanks for making it special, team!

The only waffle house I go too, so clean and neat. All the tables or wiped no sticky condiments. The cook Brandon was amazing, hash browns were chefs kiss. My waitress Ms. Kesha was so polite got my food out in a timely manner.

I stopped in for a late breakfast after missing breakfast at a nearby hotel. Waffle House is typically fairly consistent with service and food quality, but this was a rough experience.
Three separate counter seats were empty, but unclean as were two unoccupied booths. Despite counting over ten present employees, I had to wait for someone to offer to clean a seat. I received water in a to-go cup and plastic utensils-no clean dishes apparently.
My Philly Hashbrown Bowl was good if not a little smaller than typical. Unfortunately, I was given two packs of WH sauce and one was covered in food/jam like it had been recovered from a previous plate. Employees were using inappropriate language while arguing about who should take out the trash. The male manager touched my arm several times while I spoke with him. He was receptive to the feedback, but overall I’m shocked at this experience.

Reggie, the cook, and Candace the waitress, are amazing. This was a great meal, excellent service, very nice ambience and a wonderful experience. I can not say enough good things about my visit at Waffle House # 174. I’m looking forward to my next visit at this Waffle House.

This was our first time eating at a Waffle House. The food was good and fairly cheap, the service was quick, the server was helpful in making suggestions (the chipotle sauce basically can go on anything), it was clean enough, and the security officer was very helpful and kind when we had a couple questions about the area.

Love any waffle house I go to. Poor boy that was serving us though couldn’t figure out which shoe goes on what foot. Oddly enough though I’m sure it was embarrassing he did his best to get our food out in his own orderly fashion.

“All Day Breakfast” is one sure way to draw my attention. At 10 hours into a 14 hour workday this was pretty much a no-brainer. To top it off, Waffle House has the best coffee too. Nikki made sure that I had everything I needed.
I’ve always liked the way the WH servers give their “shorthand coded” orders to the cook and appreciated the way a good short-order cook decrypts it all and simultaneously manages ten or twenty orders, keeping everyone fed and on schedule.
