I met an awesome server named Junita. She was incredibly kind, polite to all customers, and very professional. Since it was my first time visiting, she explained the menu and happy hour drinks thoroughly, which made the experience even better.
The mozzarella sticks—the whole reason I came—were amazing! If you’re visiting alone, the Triple Dipper seems like the best value.
I came back for a second visit today and was lucky enough to have Mary as my server—and the best part was that she remembered me! She was just as kind and welcoming as Junita. All staffs are amazing here!!!
I love this place, and I’m sure I’ll keep coming back as much as I can while I’m studying in America!
recommendations, and provided excellent service throughout the entire visit.
While the food was okay, the outstanding service really put this experience over the top. Sara did a phenomenal job, and I highly recommend requesting her if you dine here.
I don’t always leave reviews, but when they’re warranted, I make sure to do so. My friend and I enjoyed all aspects of our visit. Keep up the great work!
My partner and I split the Ultimate Cajun Pasta and a basket of six Chicken Crispers. This was way too much for the both of us as we also finished a whole basket of their free chips and salsa.
I didn’t get a picture of the cake because I immediately dug in but I was so happy with my dining experience.
First, I want to recognize our waiter, who was truly outstanding. He was knowledgeable, attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about our experience. His service was so impressive that my husband, who is a director at a large reputable company, even encouraged him to consider applying for a management role within his organization. That level of service is rare and absolutely deserves recognition.
Unfortunately, the rest of the experience didn’t match the quality of the service and it was disheartening.
Upon entering instead of being greeted by the two hostesses, we were looked at as if we were bothering the ladies by walking in during their personal conversation and it was if they were annoyed that we were even there. Next, our food arrived extremely fast—so fast that our appetizer (chicken strips) came out before our waiter even left the table after JUST taking the order. While quick service can be a positive, the quality reflected the speed. The chicken strips appeared to be pre-frozen and reheated, resembling processed frozen chicken rather than fresh preparation. For our entrées, I ordered the fajitas and my husband ordered the ribeye. The fajitas had plenty of chicken and a decent amount of vegetables, but only came with four small tortillas, which wasn’t enough for the portion. With two sodas, the total came to over $100, which made the quality even more disappointing.
The biggest concern, however, was cleanliness. At eye level near our table was a large wall hanging that was heavily coated in thick layers of greasy dust—clearly something that hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time, if ever. Glancing up, the ceiling beams were also covered in large pieces of loose dust, and I actually watched some fall. Seeing dust potentially drifting toward diners at their tables and food was very unsettling and raised serious concerns about overall cleanliness.
In summary: exceptional service from our waiter, but food quality and especially cleanliness need significant improvement.
