It was pretty busy, but they were able to keep everyone organized. They obviously work well under pressure. Our waitress was the sweetest and super funny and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone.

SUPER thankful to be able to order take out from a Waffle House and get fresh, hot, delicious breakfast styled food! I remember back in the days you would only be able to do this especially since a lot of the Waffle Houses are in High Crime demographic neighborhoods, and are either shut down or closed off to the public while only offering “Door Dash” deliveries. Actually, being able to even get great service has seemed to be a thing of the past! Not ANYMORE! It was my boyfriend’s Trigger’s birthday, and he loves the pork chops with cheesy grits and scrambled eggs! Reese the waitress and the grill operator were highly hospitable, kind and funny as hell! My food was ready in a matter of time and I almost had the whole building to myself I highly recommend this place for dine in, to go orders or even pickup I think! Thanks again for the delicious comfort food from one of our favorite go to’s. It was definitely like a blast from the past and it reassured me that there are still great people loving their job and serving others to the best of their abilities!

First time at Waffle House – was tired after travelling for 18 hours.
Staff was friendly and helpful with the large and flexible menu.
We mixed and matched waffles with bacon, beef and hash browns.

Absolutely amazing customer service. There were three employees on staff and each one displayed over exemplary patience, kindness, cordiality and knowledge to help me enjoy my meal and myself this evening. The person who took my order was very nice and their cook, “Tweet”, killed it! I will be back every time as long as Tweet is here!!!

After my hotel’s Continental breakfast was disappointing and the Hardee’s ran out of biscuits, wife and I went to this WH for breakfast. The food was good, and served hot, but we saw a few things that were concerning. Our “elite server” was eating while she was serving. She also put a menu and sauce packet that were on the floor back on the counter without any cleaning. She had horribly dry lips that would make many people lose their appetite. I normally wouldn’t comment on appearance, but some Vaseline or chapstick on her lips would at least show she was concerned about it. I don’t know how a server gets “elite” status, but it seems like it’s just years of service and not any ‘above and beyond’ recognition. For these reasons, I won’t be using this location again.

Visited this Waffle House while on vacation and it did not disappoint. Alyssa was great and friendly. The whole staff was kind and very cheerful. The restaurant was clean and well kept. It wasn’t that busy for 9am on a Friday. Would highly recommend this location if you’re visiting Biloxi.

I have to tell you when I visit Gulfport/Biloxi during the month of March I have to eat at least one breakfast at Waffle House. This year I throughly enjoyed my waffle. The service was increíble, the atmosphere was out of this world and I LOVED my waffle. I went to another location and was disappointed that my waffle did not have imprinted WAFFLE HOUSE in the waffle but this one did!! Thank you for the the fine service and tasty waffle! I will see you again next year. I highly recommend this particular Waffle House location for great superior service and delicious breakfast!

This was not trying to be funny but the best Waffle House I’ve been to in a while. It was clean and stocked. The employees were clean and professional. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. Tea never hit half glass. The cook was on point also. Great job!

Avoid this Waffle House late at night. They outright refused to wait on us and we was not the only ones. They just pretend you not there. We heard from the staff at the other location near Treasure Bay that they’ve been seeing customers from over there because this location has been turning people away consistently for several nights now. The sales will tell the story. Sad! At least now I know which one to go to.
