Absolutely impeccable service! My boyfriend and I went here for our anniversary and the food was delightful! There was one point in the meal where something went slightly ajar with the order – but the staff were extremely apologetic and even gave us our dessert on the house! Which is more than we expected or could have asked for! I’ll always recommend Ruth’s Chris to friends and family who are looking for a top of the line dining experience! I hope to celebrate many more anniversaries here!

Visited on a Friday night with family. It was our first time here and we didn’t have a reservation. The restaurant was extremely busy and the quoted wait time was over an hour. However, one of our group was pregnant, and after speaking with the manager, they were incredibly accommodating and arranged a table for us. That alone left a very strong first impression.

We ordered the Tomahawk steak, which was massive and perfect for sharing among three people. The presentation was impressive, and the steak was cooked beautifully—great crust on the outside, tender and juicy inside, full of flavor even without extra seasoning. The grilled asparagus was fresh and nicely charred, a good balance to the richness of the meal. The au gratin potato was rich and creamy, and the lobster tail had firm, sweet meat that paired perfectly with the butter.

The service throughout the night was outstanding. From the manager to the servers, everyone was attentive, warm, and genuinely caring. Many staff members checked in, offered congratulations and well wishes to the pregnant guest, which really elevated the entire dining experience. Water refills, plate changes, and timing were all handled seamlessly.

Overall, not just great food, but exceptional service and hospitality. This is the kind of place that makes you want to come back, especially for special occasions. Highly recommended.

Excellent dinner, we split the Porterhouse for 2. Cooked to a perfect Medium/rare. Pink warm center, beautifully caramelized outside with that amazing butter sauté sauce. Mushrooms, creamed spinach and Squash sides were beautifully prepared and served. Onion soup and Ceasar salad also excellent.
Birthday dessert for me, and an Espresso Martini for my wife.

We started with the shrimp and fried calamari—both came out hot and flavorful, with the shrimp in a buttery sauce that was great with bread.
For mains, we had the filet with shrimp and the ribeye with lobster. The filet was tender and juicy, while the ribeye had that bold, rich flavor you’d expect—pairing it with lobster felt like such a treat.
Beyond the steak, the side dishes are rich and flavorful— spinach and mac & cheese are definitely must-tries. Service was attentive and everything came out perfectly cooked. Great spot for a classic steakhouse experience.

Tried their happy hour menu for the first time, and it didn’t disappoint.  Their happy hour prices might be regular prices to others, but for quality food, great service and atmosphere, it’s worth it.

We ordered the spicy shrimp, steak sandwich, and goat cheese & artichoke dip. Shared these 3 appetizers and down with some good cocktail drinks or wine, top with good company and conversation, it’s a happy occasion. Initially thought that 3 appetizers won’t be enough to share with 3 people, but we were wrong. Can’t even finish the bread on the steak sandwich so I ended up picking just the steak. It was tender and tasty. We didn’t even finish the goat cheese and artichoke dip, maybe because of the bread was filling at every bite.

We’ll definitely be back for more, happy hour and/or dinner.

Ruth Chris is no longer a great steak house, but it is still at least good. Filet was excellent, service was clumsy and perfunctory! It must be very hard to find good people who care about their work and the customers! It was just ok. No greeting at the front reception, seemed too busy at 5:15 this evening to even glance up and acknowledge our presence. At an expensive high end restaurant I’m going to have to lower my expectations from now on or stay home and have a better meal and definitely better service!
