I am fairly certain every Waffle House is just like every other one. You are guaranteed a fast meal and good coffee served by a waitress who is either cheerful or sullen, great or terrible. If you are dining alone, you can lose yourself in the conversations that surround you. I haven’t eaten here but my husband did a couple days ago and shared his experience with me. We’re from Oregon and he was telling me that he liked the cups. I called and spoke with a gal and, after speaking with her manager, told me he could buy a cup. She was very pleasant and said that it was cool how he wanted a souvenir from where he had breakfast. He came in today and they told him no. They should’ve just told me that on the phone. Poor customer service at best

Absolutely wonderful experience. As soon as you walked in you were greeted by family. Service was exceptional food quality was great. The entire restaurant was very clean and The food came out quickly and accurate. I wish all my experiences at Waffle House were like this. I can’t say enough good things about this location and the staff.

I bought 5 sausage egg and cheese biscuits.walked there 3am (1 hour walk) walked back . Got home no egg no cheese. ??? Oh well such is life .my friends didn’t notice . I did. (Remember guys there is no picture in the menu of a sausage biscuit. Only sausage egg and cheese biscuit. When the waitress calls out sausage biscuit, she really means egg and cheese too. Thanks AL
