The food was good but not perfect, however that was quickly irrelevant because of how kind everyone working was! My group and the manager had a wonderful conversation about his position as manager and other job opportunities there and our waitress made sure to keep a smile on our tired faces.

Keys and Ari and Carter gave me the best service I have ever received from Waffle House in my life. I hope they are here every time I visit. They gave me the best Waffle House experience ever and they deserve so much more than they are given right now. I will continue coming to waffle house on 98 only because of these amazing employees. The food was mid. The server Dominic was fine. However, the lady dressed as Cecilia Mae was rude for no reason from the get-go. Its literally Halloween night we had such a jolly time this whole day. It was a whole friend group hangout and we wanted to eat Waffle House. Two wanted to eat somewhere else so we got them their foods, the rest of us wanted to dine in waffle house cause its waffle house and it’s a good environment right. We walked in, sat ourselves down and this snake lady yells at us that we can’t eat outside food inside. We been there for five minutes how would we know that. So, the two eat their food outside in the cold while we waited for our food for 25 minutes. They came back with one cup and the snake lady didnt have enough and yells at us for a petty little cup. Then, threats to kick us out and we’re not special when we called her out for being rude to us. Moral of the story, be kinder. its Halloween and it is not serious. We wouldve been dandy if you were professional. You ruin the whole atmosphere and for Dominic im sorry for not tipping man I was broke.. P.S you should quit vaping, Cecilia

Pulled up to Waffle House at 3 AM. Waffles were hot, hash browns were perfect, someone got arrested before my food came out. Cops showed up, cook didn’t even look up from the grill. Service was still fast. Food still slapped.
If that’s not quality control, I don’t know what is. Would eat here again.

I’ve eaten at a lot of Waffle House’s in a plethora of states and this location is by far the best yet. The food was hot and served quickly. The biggest difference was the team. Well oiled doesn’t say enough, these people were on time like a perfect grandfather clock. All links in the chain were just as strong as the next. Watching them work was a spectacle that you don’t see very often in this world today. I went in for breakfast and left totally surprised by the show, yeah the show. Those folks made their jobs look fun when I know it’s one of the hardest restaurant jobs to have. I put myself through college working in a high end steak restaurant and I can say that I was never as good as those people. Short order work is grueling and their house was packed. I raise my hat to that team!

Bacon over cooked server only came to take order and bring food only, the music was blasting like they were at a club, you couldn’t even hear the server…overall experience was bad really bad especially for Waffle House where you are supposed to be greeted every time you walk through the door…employees should know better
