Pathetic service. Was there 3/10/2026 7:20 am., after waiting 10 minutes, never was approached for drink or food. Totally ignored by 7-8 workers and maybe 4 customers. Love waffle house and eat at least once a week. Will never go back to this location in Canton Ms!

The Waffle House, off I-55 in Canton, Mississippi was very crowded when we arrived. They still managed a friendly, “Welcome to Waffle House,” when we entered and had us seated in minutes. Good food quick and friendly service is why we love Waffle House and continue to visit.

The waitress wiped the table
Not a good job..she left a napkin on the table, it and the sugar dispenser were stuck to the table with what i assumed was syrup..I ordered an unsweet tea, a waffle and bacon.
The tea was very weak. The first waffle was tore up and paper thin. I asked for another one utility was just as thin. Would not melt butter, also had uncooked batter on side. The bacon was luke warm ate it anyway..ate about half of waffle, did not have good flavor.
My husband’s blt had less than 1 slice of bacon and about 2 inches if lettuce..not a good experience will not go back to this waffle house.

When I walked in the tables needed to be cleaned, there was throw up like stains on the window sills. The napkin dispenser was empty. My waffle was under cooked, my hash rows were so stacked up and thick that the center was not cooked at all.

We have been sitting at the table for 20 minutes and not one person has acknowledged us. There is trash all over the counter and they haven’t attempted to clean it up, haven’t asked if we want anything to drink.

thw food had hair in it i payed 85$ even do i didnt eat the food the place was very very dirty and also the employee didnt care about the custumers i had to wait 15 minutes to get my order and i had to wait 25 for my order to be ready they just site there and talk all the time they dont care about the customers and also the place is so filty i had to clean my own table and my own seat i asked them to clean it they sayed its clean please who ever owns this store
get new employes because this people is going to close your store the guy thats in the picture had notting to do with this but the 2 womens that work there they just dont care about anybody just there self chating all the time and wasting time around while they should cooking amd taking care of the customers if i starve to death ill and ill never go back to that location again

This was my first time going to a waffle house as we don’t have them up north.Was delicious and the waitress was very friendly and nice.Cook even brought me ranch dressing from the back
