I stopped by here to get a cup of coffee to go. There was a gentleman before me to pay his bill. He walked away after the transaction was completed. Instead of the lady who took his payment asking me if she could help me, she walked away and started stacking dishes three feet away from the register. I stood there for three minutes, which seemed like a long time, waiting for someone to take my order. I noticed workers glanced at me but would not say anything to me. So I left. I was embarrassed and hurt. I’m not sure why they responded to me this way. I think it was because I was the only white person in the restaurant. Maybe not. I don’t know for sure. Waffle House is our favorite breakfast place, and I like their coffee. I have never been treated this way at any other Waffle House restaurant. I hope the owner or manager sees this and responds. Note that three people were standing around, not doing anything. Very few customers were in the restaurant. I counted five tables that were occupied. All were eating. So they were not busy. There was no other reason I wasn’t served. My wife and I sat in the parking lot and said a prayer for them. I hope others have a better experience than I did.

I really enjoyed myself at the Waffle House. They has great breakfast. Many selections you can choose from.They has great friendly staff. The place is very clean.

Waffle was cold and flat sent it back … didn’t get our sausage and bacon till halfway done eating and the steak came out last … only thing that was pleasing was the coffee

I went here I don’t know what that taste was in those waffles and sausages but it was disgusting! Tasted possibly like cleaning products or something!! Not sure!!!

Poor customer service, disrespectful workers. Food was burnt and there were conflicts between the workers with no regard to having customers. Worst day ever.

I walked in nice enough to say Morning and ask about the phone not working because I had been calling since 6am. The employee replied, I came in early to get me some breakfast before I started work at 7 and the girl I was relieving left. I remarked, I was only making a statement that I had been trying to call and no one answered in over 45 minutes. Took another 7 minutes to order and then I had to say my order across the restaurant.
Very disrespectful for business especially when businesses are struggling. I myself work with the public and this is bad business.

I was in town visiting and thought it would be good to sit and eat breakfast with my friend…First, it was too cold inside to sit an enjoy the meal. I saw one customer pull his arms inside his shirt while he waited for his food. For Waffle House, its Waffle House nothing extraordinary stood out. However once I checked out, I didn’t ask for a receipt because I get alerts regarding purchases. I get an alert for more than the meal. Mind you, we left a tip at the table And I did not add a tip upon paying with my card. When I went back the manager was very dismissive even when I showed him my online receipt of purchase. Lesson learned here.
