The first several times we ate here, the food was great and the prices were excellent. However, the prices have gone way up and the food quality is very iffy. This trip, we ate breakfast. Do you remember when breakfast was a cheap meal? No so much now. $20 for breakfast for 2 people is a bit much. The portions were large, but the food was not all that great. My breakfast burrito was basically tasteless except for the onion and peppers. There was no seasoning. My lady friend enjoyed her cheese omelette, but it’s hard to screw up a cheese omelette. The previous time we are here was with a group of friends. One of our group received food that was cold when it arrived at the table. Other members of the group have asked to meet elsewhere. It’s a shame because we had been very impressed when we first started eating there. I will say their pie is delicious.

We stopped for dessert on our long car ride. An old establishment but full of people. The pie options were tremendous on a Saturday night! Fruit pies, cheesecakes all looked homemade. We had cherry cheesecake and strawberry rhubarb – both amazing! The prime rib looked fantastic as well as the prices. Service was fast and friendly. We’ll stop again when we get the opportunity!

Cute little down home cafe with great food and great service, Abbey served us and made sure our needs were met. I had a vegetarian omelette with beef and it was delicious and stuffed full, my mom got eggs bacon and crispy onion hash browns. Everything was cooked to perfection and the whole place is friendly! Thank you kindly from Texas for the amazing fare!!

I saw they had homemade pie, so I stopped in. The rhubarb pie was outstanding. The crust was definitely homemade. The filling was perfect. Well done.
When I was paying, I said whoever made the pie knew what she was doing. The lady said her grandmother made it. Grandma knows how to bake.

Local comfort food eatery. Pulled in driving through on a Sunday. Only food offered on Sunday is a buffet with fried chicken or roast beef and sides. All tasted good. Lots of local people in eating and visiting.

We were just there, got the 13oz steak, chicken-fried chicken, and a 3-piece basket. Everything was exceptionally cooked exactly how we wanted. Gravy was delicious, fry oil was quality so the french fries were crispy & salty just how they are supposed to be! Waitress was a doll and the wait time was exactly perfect for what was ordered if we find ourselves in Norton we shall revisit!

The service was a bit slow; however, there was only one server. The kitchen turn around time was also a bit slow, but the food was excellent, and the prices were reasonable. My friend thought the fries were outstanding. The portions were generous. We will definitely be dining there again.
