This is the best waffle house in this area as far as I am concerned. They have the best employees on all shifts. Food and service are great. I love waffle house and have eaten at most of them in North Mississippi and this one beats them all.

I had an hour to spare before work and was hungry. They soft scrambled my eggs with cheese folded into them as I requested with my floppy bacon and buttered grits! I didn’t have time for a waffle

This was by far the worst Waffle House at 406 W Church Rd Southaven MS we have ever ever been to!!! Service mediocre at best since we had to ask for everything including jelly for toast and coffee and waitress was rude when I ask to have table wiped down!! U don’t agure with a customer even if u wiped table down earlier!! That was a sign we should have leaf but he wanted WH but this is 1st time it was terrible and I mean terrible!! From watching her talk to someone in ear phone to having cold hash browns and toast. Eggs not cooked right, waffle so so but our grandchild’s dog liked it! Toast cold no butter offered and no jelly until we asked for it after we finally got her attention because we couldn’t get the attention of the only person close to us even after saying sir to him and NO he wasn’t busy just standing around. The ham was the only thing that was decent, I got 1 bite, dog once again loved it. So people stay away from there and go on to Hernando at least they treat you well!!

Visiting from out of state. The food was not seasoned. I was given a bowl with cream for my coffee and all but three were open and empty. This tells me that they did not check the creamer bowl after it was taken from the last customer. We sat near the stove where the cooking was being done the stove was filthy the guy was using all old worn skillets. He opened the refrigerator and all of the bacon was laying directly on the rack and hanging through the cracks. No one had hair nets, but hair was hanging everywhere. Cooks had caps on in an unprofessional way and without hairnet. Needless to say we did not finish our food. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

What’s up with the Waffle Houses in the Southhaven/Hornlake area. STOPPED at two within three miles of each other off the interstate and was told it would be 45 mins before I could place my order. What happened to the days of 24 hour service and a limited menu even during a national disaster. Stop blaming not being able to get help for your business problems and pay these employees a liveable wage!

This place was terrific!! My food was so delicious. I will most definitely try the signature sauce again on my hash browns and I’ll try it next time on my burger. The service was amazing and the wait staff were very attentive. I will definitely be back!!!
