This was the worst experience that I have had here!!! There was only one waitress!!!! She was of the opposite race, and made sure that everyone else that was her color got fed!!! We never even got to place a food order. My husband never got his coke at all!! He drank some of my coffee. My friend had already placed her order before my husband and I got there. She got her order with half cooked bacon on it!!! The cook brought it to the table, and brought us 2 coffees. They were old and cold!!! We had to get our own spoons for the coffee!!! The waitress never waited on us!!! There were a few people there first. However, others came in after us that were her color!! She waited on them, but never came to our table!!! When we got up to leave, nobody ever said a word about us not eating. No big deal!!! Just racist people there!!! That young lady needs to be fired!!!!

I have not been to a waffle house in over 20 yrs for sure! I went out with my good friend and her most excellent child and this is where they chose. I was am not much on traditional breakfast foods, though splurged and had a waffle as a late night desert. I will say the place was clean and the staff was most friendly. Keri and Kaitlyn enjoyed their meal and the jukebox playing was nice. I had a nice evening out with friends and as far as quick and affordable diner food goes it is a great destination.

Me and my party had such an amazing experience at this establishment, and it was all thanks to our server Stacey.
Stacey was the the pinnacle of what it means to be a waffle house employee.
It disappoints me to say that Stacey is just a bronze level employee when he should clearly be the top tier.

The restaurant was quiet and clean. Our waitress, Dana, was great!
Update: This is an older review. I visited this location again last night, and the only thing that changed was our waiter’s name!! Last night, Stacey, took very good care of us!! I highly recommend this location!! Now, the location on Goodman that’s close to the interstate, I wouldn’t feed my dog from there!!!

This is by far the best Waffle House around Desoto County. We’ve been coming here since they opened. Our regular server Brittany, has memorized our order so now when we walk in, our food is being ordered. The rest of the weekend staff are awesome at their jobs. They really work together to create a wonderful atmosphere. Give them a try!

I love this Waffle House normally but tonight we bout 5 meals to go and got 2 Pecan waffles and that’s not what we ordered. I guess people were new or whatever… sadly nobody eats pecans and it’s late, we’re hungry so we just threw the waffles away and wasted money! You can’t call to complain either !

Went at 9 AM on a Saturday and it was very busy with lots of customers, but the service and food were great. We had to wait a little while for seating but not a very long time. Not too loud and everyone seemed to be having a good time.

Horrible service, sluggish servers, our waitress dropped our silverware on the table rather than placing it, then my girlfriend found old food stuck to her knife. We had to clean the silverware with germx. Not only did our server forget who ordered what but look at this hashbrown bowl.. Not to mention she was a 500lb black woman with a shirt 3 sizes too small. We had to ask for straws, ask for menus, ask for our check. If you want my advice go to the one in Southaven. Its cleaner, friendlier, better food preparation, and alot more hospitable.
