The Restaurant features a very nice patio. We went for lunch. We opted for the lunch pre-fixed menu. We received an appetizer, entree, and dessert. The appetizer were great and light. The veal was delicious. The Octopus was somewhat too tangy. Desserts were not too impressive.

wonderful place! You sit under a ficus tree, in the middle of the central lle Rousse. It is calm and very cosy there. The food is fantastic, so well prepared. The staff is knowledgeable and super nice. Idyllic and a must visit if you are nearby. I return every time I visit Corse!

Beautiful location but it doesn’t offset for the blend food and the poor services.
There is lots of potential but no delivery.
We had the home made ravioli with corsican cheese and nuts, only 6 in a plate for €24 and they were swimming in watery sauce.
My daughter had a burger, which was OK except some strange sauce on it (in addition to the corsica cheese) and Weare still waiting for our ketchup.
Service was not great.

The restaurant has a nice patio in the shade of a sprawling tree. The food was good quality and taste wise, but compared to the other tables around me, my plate felt like a child’s portion. Might be the tourist “bonus”. Service was good. Probably a great place if you are a local.

We visited Le Grand Bleu during a stay in Ile Rousse in July and had a great time. The atmosphere, with the restaurant hiding under greenery really sets an intimate tone. We had both appetizers that were good and for the main course we had two of the 1,3 kg meat option. Thai was a great combination with a local red wine. Great attentive service and overall value for money.

The food was tasteless. The octopus, priced at €30, was not fresh, and the burger was bland, without any flavor. I ordered a glass of wine recommended by the waiter, but it was undrinkable. I wasn’t the only one who had this issue—the table next to us experienced the same problem. After I asked, they took my glass away, but then brought the same wine back in the same glass. I didn’t say anything, but I can’t help feeling that this strange attitude towards service seems to be a common thing in Corsica.

Good experience, went 2 times. Service was efficient and the head waiter explained to us all the dishes we asked for in a very concise manner. Outside terrace is covered with a giant ficus tree. Food was really good, from meat to fish to sea food and clearly recommend. Prices are in range with other restaurants.
