The employees that work here are always very nice and greet you when you walk in. They work very hard on keeping the place clean and a booth ready for you to sit. I always order the bacon, egg, and cheese hash brown bowl and have yet to be disappointed. The bacon is cooked just right, not to crunchy and not greasy. I’m asked every so often if I need anything from the waiters and not harassed by them. The staff is dedicated to hard work, and for that, I truly appreciate them for going above and beyond for the customer.

We love Waffle House!! After eating at many different locations, this particular WH was far superior to others with the attention to detail on our order. Eggs over medium were really cooked medium. Extra crispy hashbrowns were beautiful. Thank you for doing such a good job and making our breakfast with love. We are grateful.

Finally tried this Waffle House in town on Saturday morning, Nov 1st. Compared to the other one located on South Willow, this one really outshines themselves. The entire crew!! They worked seamlessly, no arguing, no random comments about other coworkers, no running out the backdoor to smoke. Between the line cooks and the waitresses, they were all Ah-mazing! Thank you! I hope it’s always like this!!! Yall are great!!!

Stopped in late with traveling home. The moment I sat down I questioned weather or not to even eat here. The grill area and cook area counter top looked like it hadn’t been cleaned, attended to in hours. I can understand short order cooking can be hectic when busy however there were on 7 people in the restaurant when I walked in and the cook was cooking food for an employee, so they were not busy. Even when the cook was not cooking, food took no time to take care of the food station area she could not be bothered. She spent her downtime sitting down at The countertop talking with a friend instead of working on cleaning the grill area. On top of that the 4 employees that were Did nothing but complain amongst themselves about working at Waffle House. Food was definitely below average grilled cheese sandwiches bread was over toasted and the cheese was barely melted. Bacon was not evenly cooked extremely well done on one end and still floppy and pink on the other. Last thing I will say is everyone is entitled to a break and I understand that however we’re taking your break and sitting down just outside the front door to your establishment while you smoke or vape is unprofessional.

So I came here yesterday and the shift manager was very attentitive to the fact one time I came here during the day my expiriernce was not that great. I had came previously after I had wrote that review and the staff that was there that night was there again. I was hesitant a little bit but I stayed and ate anyway and that crew made it a point to give me what I asked for they really redeemed themselves as well as now they are doing such a great job with just two of them here so I think it is amazing yall are doing a gpood job. I should get a loyalty something I come here like 6 days a week sometimes 2 times a day and sometimes I bring people with me. This place right here on Jefferson is literally my favorite place to eat. Seriously guys they are doing an AMAZING job tonight…..

I am posting this for my mom, she had to go in to place a to-go order around lunch time. Everyone was friendly and nice, and she understands accidents happen, but they left off her side of sausage that she ordered. Our problem is not the Waffle House or that this happened for the service that she received, however there is a major problem when you cannot contact someone to let them know this happened. The phone number no longer works and all they want you to do is download an app! Forget that crap Waffle House corporate you are screwing up! And the only person this is hurting is the local businesses.
