My Buddy & I visited this place Saturday night around 1 am upon entering we got a hello from everyone and the place was very clean and the service we received from our server (Anjel) was very fast and friendly and she continued to check in on us several times. The food was very tasty I commend the 2 guys cooking as well. Thank you all for a great experience. I’d recommend this place to everyone.

Visited to get some food while out and about in Knoxville and when I entered, it was somewhat empty and quiet, but when I got sat down, one of the employees came to take my order. And a few minutes later, the food comes, and it was good. I recommend coming here, especially at night.

Right when I walk in I’m greeted by all the workers which felt good! Immediately got seated and the gentleman with the glasses took care of us and had the most positive upbeat attitude! Just smiling cutting up having a good time! He made our experience a 11/10

We’re a regular customer of waffle house. We love it because it’s usually fast, easy to order and eat. We were in Knoxville and decided to stop at this location from breakfast. Waitress was not on her game. With at least 3 other Waitress doing nothing. Brought us coffee and said she would get us soon, we were ready to order, she went and cleaned a table, then went and did silverware. Then people sat at the table she cleaned and she said to us, I’ll get with you soon. As she proceeded to talk for 10 minutes to the other table. We left 7$ on the table for our coffee and got up and walked out. I think Sony or Sonya was her name.

One of our best experiences at Waffle House! The Tennessee game had apparently just ended and everyone came in at the same time… but we were immediately greeted, a table was quickly cleaned after someone left and our drink order taken, the coffee was hot and fresh, the food was tasty and timely, the service – while they were still packed – was on point. We always eat at WH once on our road trips to DC and this was a great choice as we headed back to Texas! Highly recommend if you are in the area!

We found a seat when we walked in and were immediately greeted. Got us our drinks and order quickly. Our server kept it glasses refilled and checked on us regularly but still allowed my son and I to talk with constant interpretation. The food was correct and tasted great. You could hear pleasant conversation amongst the workers. All in all, it was a great visit.
