I went to Pizza Ranch yesterday with my parents and it was SO DISAPPOINTING!! There were messes EVERYWHERE and trash was over flowing. Pizza slice by the pop machine. Dishes just left on a table for a long time until finally someone got them. The pizzas were terrible and my mom noticed the soft serve was over flowing in the drain/catcher. The staff needs adult supervision! There was the younger boy that was very nice and actually came up and got our plates! He was the only one that did so! He was one that was working very hard that we noticed. They also need to refill the free English Bibles! The Spanish was were there but no English ones. There wasn’t any fresh salad for my dad they didn’t come to refill it but the other toppings they did little by little. My dad thought the chicken was very overdone. They never wiped down the tables either. All this to say we will never be going back. They have gone down hill since they have opened, when they were new the place was a great place to go but now it is disappointing!

If I could give no stars I would. This place was dirty. Several tables had dirty dishes just sitting there. The floor was filthy with food and dressing. As for the food the only blessing was the salad bar. Everything else was old and dry. An employee was just sitting in a booth not doing any up keep. If you have time to lean you have time to clean. My kids were looking forward to your dining experience and we were extremely disappointed. Wilp never come again to this location.

The staff are amazingly friendly and once you have been to the restaurant a handful of times, they remember you and they always greet me with a smile. The buffet your way pizzas come out relatively quick, are fresh and delicious! The chicken on the buffet is the best around, and the resto of the items on the buffet and salad bar are kept well stocked with a lot of variety.
if you enjoy an arcade, their FunZone has a nice assortment of arcade games that give you tickets to redeem for various prizes. I don’t play for the prizes, but I do enjoy playing many of the games.
If you have a group that you need space for, they have a separate room you can reserve for things like birthday parties that can hold a bunch of people in your own space and not feel like you are overwhelming a facility.

We went to Pizza Ranch at approximately 3pm. We typically love going to Perham, Wadena and Detroit Lakes. The staff in Brainerd is not friendly, the dishes they put out were dirty, chicken was burnt, the didn’t keep anything full. When we asked them to make a dessert pizza, they didn’t respond right away- basically ignored the request and then said they’d ask the people in the back. The whole place is dirty. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this place needs an owner that cares or a good manager because right now it should be closed based on what I experienced today.

Employees are kind, friendly and eager to help us. Food was really good. We really enjoyed the chicken kids love the chocolate chip cookies and when we have time, they enjoy the fun zone too with all the arcade games.

We use to come here a fair bit years ago. Stoped in recently for a late lunch/ early dinner ( approx 2:30pm). I stood at the counter for close to 10 minutes before someone came out to let me pay. Once all that was done and I could eat I couldn’t believe the food. Chicken was burnt and dried out, everything looked like it had been out for days. The salad bar was so cold the salad was border line frozen. All the pizzas were weird combos. Crust was burnt. Thought maybe the cactus bread would be good. Nope burnt. Very disappointed. I should have read the reviews before trying it again. Not good!

There is not a single clean spot to sit. Everything, ie: walls, tables, chairs, floors are so sticky you litterally can’t wipe a napkin across it or it tears and sticks to the table. There is so much crud build up it makes for a gross unwanted experience. Staff were chipper but daily cleaning would benefit the amount of buildup you have on every surface!

Went there today, on a Thursday with my family for dinner. My friend had mentioned they had wings on Thursdays a few months back. I have been wanting to try them out. Got their at about 3:45 and left at about 5:30 and they never put them out. I asked multiple employees and they all said in a few minutes. Pretty disappointed about that, but food was still pretty good.

We are in this area a few times per year and this is the first time we stopped at this Pizza Ranch. We found it to be a very positive experience! Everything looked and tasted incredible…as my photos show. There is nothing negative we could say about our visit. The staff was constantly running to ensure tables were clean and our used plates were removed from our table. We will more than likely be returning here when we are in the area! I highly suggest this as a place to take in some great food!
