Service was fast and friendly. Food was prepared well. One of the better Waffle Houses I have ate in. It was clean, that’s always a plus. Our waiter was very friendly and quite funny. Food was delicious. I would recommend this location and would definitely eat here agajn.

Tried the chicken fiesta bowl with added hash browns yesterday and it was absolutely delicious!!! The wait staff was very nice and the restaurant for being 24hours open was surprisingly clean. Very pleased, thank you!

So, normally, I am not a fan of Waffle House, but we wanted breakfast in the afternoon, so we ended up here. We both ordered the All Star Special, his with grits and a waffle, mine with has browns and biscuits/gravy. Food was tasty and we left feeling full! Our server, Faith, was magnificent: fast and super friendly. The atmosphere was pleasant, but a little noisy. Apparently this place is in high demand. Every table was full, and a family of 4 even left after a few minutes bc it was obvious they’d be waiting awhile. (We got in with no wait, as did smaller parties that could sit at the counter.)

I am in a wheelchair so Accessibility is a must. This location was accessible, both inside and out. Who does not enjoy a good Breakfast location, Waffle House has been around longer than iHop and is way better in my opinion. Their Bacon is heavenly, I always get my Bacon well done. Waffle House does not just do Breakfast, they have Sandwiches and Burgers, Bowls, Kids Menu, Melts and the list goes on. But then again, they are known for there waffles, which are awesome. Breakfast is served too, not just waffles.
My only complaint about the Knoxville Waffle House locations is that Online Ordering or Ordering through the App was almost impossible. It is like Waffle House anywhere else I can order from with Location Services turned on or specifying by Zip Code, it does not work. We were in their Parking Lot at the Cedar Lane location and it could not find the Waffle House that I was sitting at.
Their restaurant is clean, plenty of parking, Wheelchair accessible as well, and The Staff are friendly & helpful.
I am on a High Protein Diet and they were able to accommodate for my needs.

It was a good experience. The waitress was fast, efficient and friendly. The place was clean. And she remembered that my husband only takes coffee refills after he empties his cup. The coffee was good
The food was ok. I just had eggs, grits and Texas toast. They give 2 Texas toast and not just one.
They even have a separate space for pick up only.
The price was good. $17.50 for 2 people.

I ordered online sausage with over easy egg n crispy hashbrowns SPEACIAL n got back n bread was soggy with scrambled eggs with BACON??? n the hashbrowns weren’t cooked all the way went back n STILL GOT A EGG WITH NO YOLK. I do not know the names of the two guys working last night, but they were so kind and attentive, and had the best humor. The food was perfect! I got the Tbone hash browns smothered and eggs scrambled with cheese to perfection.

Portion size was incredibly small for a bacon, egg, and cheese omelett. Everything tasted great – but $12 then a $3 tip ($15) for a tiny 3 to 4 bite omelette and a few tomatoe slices. Very disappointed in price. $10 would have been fair.

My family stopped in en route back to our home state, Michigan, where unfortunately there are no Waffle Houses. When we piled back in our vehicles, we were a happy and satisfied group. My pecan waffles and sausage were superb! The staff was friendly and engaging. It’s a rare treat to eat at Waffle House and it’s something I always look forward to.

Stopped in for a quick late morning breakfast during our vacation on our way to Kentucky. Server Kalee was excellent and took good care of us during our visit. Food was cooked perfectly. Would definitely stop back here next time we’re down this way!
