I come to this McDonald’s quite often, and the food is always decent. Service can vary depending on how busy they are, but it’s definitely one of the better McDonald’s in the area. However, on this day, 11-12-25, at around 10 a.m., it was better than usual. My food was the freshest I’ve had not just from here but anywhere in a while. The manager was helping with orders, taking food to curbside, making sure orders came out quickly, and still greeted us politely. His work ethic was great, and to top it all off, he gave us napkins and asked us if we wanted jelly and what kind! Now, this might not mean much to some people, but it does to me! I love seeing a manager not afraid to get in there and not just bossing people around, but helping his team, getting in there with them! I only wish I had caught his name because he turned a morning into a good morning. I also want to shout out his kitchen crew; the food was great and fresh! Thank you, guys, and thank you, sir, for being a true leader!

We had a nice sit down time with the kids! Dining room is spacious and well lit! Staff is super kind and busy! Right off the interstate ramp and close to gasoline. Restrooms clean and parking lot is plentiful!

Ordered on the app to use a discount, walked in to get it. No one in line on the inside and there was only one car in the drive through when I walked in. Spent 3 minutes shooing flies out of my face before anyone acknowledged me. Asked if my order could be canceled because of the flies swarming in the restaurant, was told they couldn’t do anything because I paid on the app. Sweet tea was watery and barely sweetened, fries and sandwich were barely warm when the bag was handed to me after another 10 minutes.

I used the link provided, they got back to me after a few hours and told me they had forwarded my concerns to the owner as they would be best able to handle it. That was about week ago and I have not heard anything since.

The kios machines did not work, so went to the counter to order and pay. No one was working the counter. A guy ahead of me simply wanted a cup of ice. Waited for over 10 minutes to be waited on. Observed a worker with NO gloves on crawling on the floor TWICE after having dropped items NEVER sanitizing his hands and touching food items! We have stopped here a few times and every time is a ____ show. We order, pull up and pay at first window, second window the employee starts to hand us a bag which doesn’t look right. We say that’s probably not ours, then she *very rudely* says did you pay for the right food? Uhhhh, what? I say yes and she says, again very rudely, I was just asking. Then tells us to pull around because it’s going to be a few minutes. Fine. We wait behind another car who gets delivered presumably the wrong meal because they pop out and go in for a bit then back out with food bag. After 12 minutes they bring our food and say is this what you had? Sheesh. It was a lot. I wouldn’t normally give anything other than a 5 star review for fast food because my expectations are typically met, but this was too crap of an experience. Will not stop at this one again

I don’t usually leave reviews like this but we go to this location very often and have had issues almost every single time. Items being missing from orders, especially mobile orders, employees having a very rude and uncaring attitude, and especially wait times. Today I also received a cheeseburger where the top bun was rock hard and entirely inedible. There have been multiple times where I pull into the drive through and watch the entire other lane be severed without anyone even saying hello or “we’ll be with you soon” to me. Multiple times I’ve also been told to pull into a parking spot and wait for upwards of 10-15 minutes for a single item. Also have ordered curbside pickup and waited a similar amount of time. Location overall needs a big change

Wouldnt take my order at the kiosk in drive thru, so i drove forward and Waited 20 minutes in the line after they asked me to pull forward for 3 sandwiches. Everyone else behind me is just getting their food. Terrible service
