I was in the mood for bacon and eggs, so I got a couple bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits. They were the best tasting biscuits I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be back. I took one star off for atmosphere, because the jukebox is kind of loud.

I arrived at Waffle House and there were several tables available, but they were dirty. It took a long time for them to be cleaned and for us to be seated. During the time I was there, I noticed that employees were leaving tables dirty, which seemed to prevent them from seating more customers. Several people arrived, waited for a while, and then left because no one attended them.
I understand it was a holiday and they were probably busier than usual, but I also noticed employees arguing with each other, which created a tense atmosphere and negative vibes overall. It was not a pleasant experience.

if i could rate this place 100 stars i would. best waffle house i’ve ever been to. coffee: hot. waffle: delectable. vibes: immaculate. shout out to ashley and ella bella those gals know how to serve. skip the pigeon forge and just come to the pigeon forge waffle house , it’s the real attraction

Best Waffle House I’ve ever been to, and best straight-up food in like a year. Service was awesome, food was hot, like a dream, and hit every spot that existed. I couldn’t even get a picture of the food without digging in first. Thank you!!!

Came in on January 31, 2026. They were the only place open during the snow storm. Great food but exceptional staff. I give them a lot of thanks for committing to coming to work. We had to wait but that’s part of it. Great food and really great people.

They said it was interesting. I like waffles with jalapenos and peanut butter chips. They were very sweet asked us how was our vacation going . I can’t remember any of there names but they were great.

The staff was great, greeted me soon as I walked in. They were so nice an always checking in with me to see if I needed anything. These men & women work super hard so PLZ everyone ( TIP) your server even if you only get a water. I understand times are hard on everyone but the same people who are going through hard times are your servers & cooks.

Out of all the Waffle House restaurants I’ve been to, this one was the best one. From the staff to the food. It’s got the longest lines for a reason. And driving up to the Sevierville location is downgrading for sure because I’m a huge fan of Waffle House. That location isn’t on top of their game as well as this location. I’ve been to probably a couple dozen different Waffle House locations and this one was just the best of the bunch. Although the photo is from the Allentown Pennsylvania location (2nd best Waffle House I’ve ever been to) because I sadly don’t have any pictures from the pigeon forge location.

Great experience to share with my son. He’s always wanted to try Waffle House and while we were in town we made it. Smaller menu but awesome food options and great service. Plenty of parking and it’s always a plus that they’re open 24 hours. Definitely try and stop through again on the way home.

Food was ok. Service was good. However there was some sort of friction going on between staff members behind the counter.
Also, the member of staff who berated another employee loudly in front of everyone should know better. If a member of staff makes a mistake, you take them out of sight of customers and other employees to a place for a discussion on how to correct their mistakes. You don’t yell at them in the restaurant area.
My server should find another place of work that doesn’t treat him that way.
