I’ve been here 2 x’s, both we’re great. Our 2nd visit was the best. Tabitha, our waitress, was an angel. She made my son’s waffle into a dinosaur.

The ladies at this Waffle House are wonderful. They’re kind, quick with service, pay attention to detail (like of the food looks over/under done), and put forth the effort to remember return customer’s names. A mom friend and I have breakfast there after dropping the kids off at school occasionally. After a few visits, they remembered us and greet us like welcoming guests into their homes. Shout out to all of them, and a special shout out to Shonda! She always goes above and beyond.
The food is consistent, cooked to order, and fresh.
It’s Waffle House. The price is the price. It has risen quite a bit since Covid. If you haven’t been in a few years, don’t get sticker shock like I did. It is still a decent deal in comparison to other chains.
I only give 4 stars on atmosphere and food because well.. it’s Waffle House. It is what it is.
I like to think ours is special, thanks to the staff.

The wait staff ok But they were grooving all over and we had to wait to get utensils Asked 3 times.
As you know we can see behind the cou ter. The waffle maker (was 4) was disgusting and looked like it had not be cleaned for a long long time. The waffles dough was sitting out there the whole time we were there. The food was good however we ordered wheat got white.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. The whole experience at this Waffle House was beyond amazing. Their waitresses and cooks knew most of their customers by name. A good indicator that these people are not just one or two time return eaters but regular customers.
The kindness that was shown to the older couple completely my melted my great big ole heart.
The staff was equally attentive to each customer in the restaurant.
The friendly banter between staff and customers was so enjoyable to watch.
My breakfast was cooked exactly like I wanted. My omelet was so fluffy it was like air had been infused into it. I heard the cook tell another customer that he thoroughly enjoyed cooking and it shows in his work. The manager on duty continually praised her staff. She is one amazing lady.
If you get the chance, visit the Waffle House on West Andrew Johnson Hwy across from Manley Baptist Church in Morristown.

I feel like the waffle house used to be more, or better than what it is today. I feel like the food is average, however usually served rather fast. And with a name like waffle house, one would assume some really impressive waffles being served. Instead you get just a standard, flat waffle. I feel like they could be so much more!

I went at around midnight or 1 am. Jaime (?) Was the only server. She was horrible. She could smile to my face one second and turn around to talk awful about a coworker. That’s not the kind of conversation that needs to be discussed while patrons are eating. If you want to always be negative you should get a new job – not customer service related. You can tell a two faced soul, and she’s it. Unreliable and rude. I also felt very uncomfortable hearing about all her antibiotics she’s currently on. Kind of the last person I want touching my food is an infectious one.

Waffle House was pleasant. There were seats available. The waitress was knowledge and quick and filled our drinks a few times. The price was perfect for the great taste in the food served hot and the positive service. I would love to go back.
