Absolutely! The worst waffle House I’ve ever ate at the manager or store manager needs to be looked at at this restaurant location by their boss to save this store, they’re only surviving on tourists an college students with no information I hope this helps. Their so-called done with a hash browns and more is actually burnt And it’s not the cook. It’s a management telling them to cook it that way because they consider burnt being done like they don’t want people to come back. They have a bad attitude. I’ve ate there multiple times. Give them more than 10 chances to get it right until the conflict between me and the manager and my wife has finally told me never go back and we are local just drive the extra mile and go to the one on exit 417. Fyi. Might return later just to take pictures of their food and prove what I’m talking about.

There was dirty dishes everywhere, nobody was cleaning up. Nobody was seating anyone and they forgot a lady’s food. We didn’t even get to eat because the wait was so long which I know that’s not their fault but they wouldn’t clean up and nobody wants to sit at a dirty table. Very disappointed considering Waffle House is my favorite place to eat.

Waffle House never disappoints. Had a not so great day and was in the mood for the All Star Special. Was greeted immediately and food was ready in a timely manner. Staff was friendly as always. Deserves more stars than just 5!

I’m new to the area. With all the great reviews, I decided to give it a go. I’m so glad I did! Courteous, friendly staff, great food. When asked if I wanted to see a menu, I declined and asked that they “surprise me.” The chef put together a perfectly balanced hash brown bowl with beef, mushroom, peppers, onions, american cheese, and just the perfect amount of heat (jalapeno, I think). Well done, sir! I wish I’d caught your name so I could give you a personal shout out here! Thank you all again from this newbie!

We LOVE Waffle House! When we used to travel to East Tennessee from Illinois we couldn’t wait ’til we were passing one so we could stop for breakfast. Now that we live in Morristown we drive past another Waffle House to get to this one. It takes about 15 minutes but is worth the drive because the staff is so kind and attentive. Plus, it is by far the cleanest Waffle House we’ve ever been at. Tables always cleared and the bathrooms are spotless!

Came to eat lunch, ordered a cheeseburger. I knew when he ask if I wanted the cheese on the side, this wasn’t going to end well..
From having to ask for silverware and got a fork, I was asked if i needed a spoon & knife. I mean would be nice, they didn’t have any clean . Never offered to refill my drink and go to pay, they didn’t even have the change in the register to give my change back to me
Someone needs to get it together at this location, I’ve never had such a bad experience in my life.
