I usually go once a week to eat at this place because of incredible service they us, but today there was an exception, there was a waiter who I asked to cook my eggs more, I don’t like them raw, he literally brought them back to me still raw, he did nothing, and responded very rudely, he didn’t bring my son’s complete combo, and all night he served us rudely, I usually leave a good tip but this time I didn’t leave anything, when I left the place he called me undocumented just for speaking Spanish, it was so disgusting tonight, when there has always been excellent staff

Food it’s cooked like I wanted.. However I asked for cheese on my eggs not my hashbrown but I add cheese when I went home. Over all food is good a older man with a blue hate good the best my first time here too.

Staff friendly, good clean environment, but we ask for 1 special to split between myself and husband and we ordered scrambled eggs raisen toast, medium well done Hash browns, it comes with a waffle and 2 sausage! Ok she told him the order and in 4 minutes which was SUPER FAST TO US our food came back and we got regular toast not raisen, over easy eggs not scrambled, RAW sausage, and NO WAFFLE AT ALL and Barley cooked hash browns! so basically he cooked the way he wanted too!! it was 5am I know staffing shortages and they are over worked but come on really! It was 4 people there you really could have taken your time to get it right! Very disappointing!!! We just scattered the food around and left but service was really friendly so we didn’t complain! No more chances! Look at the photos ! this is the waffle House on church and Rutherford across from car wash!!! More training for that cook please

So I ordered take-out for dinner the other night (X was the cook) and the food was AMAZING!!! It was so good, my son and I went back for breakfast the next morning and I ordered the exact same thing (cheesesteak hashbrown bowl) and it was TERRIBLE!!! Tasted NOTHING like the night before!!! They need to retrain their other cooks bc this place is only good when X is cooking! I’ve been going to this location for over a year now and that’s how it’s always been, except it had never been as bad as it was the other morning. I was very disappointed! The night before was amazing though!

The staff there enjoyed themselves while they worked. Several regulars showed up and were greeted by the staff. I am 54 years old and a truck driver, the best waffle house I have ever been to.

The worst I’ve been me and my brothers and wife stopped in and had the worst service the server was on the phone taking orders didn’t get our drinks out like he should while being on the phone then he wanted to give us attitude dude to his service when we asked for a manager never washed his hand won’t be back there again

The atmosphere is always kind of decent but when it comes to getting your food done and I’ve been to this little waffle House quite a few times in the period of a month you want to be careful that the little short lady doesn’t cook your food she has no good sense about her cooking ethics. ..
She messed up the same waffle three times and was willing to go for a fourth…..

I came in to eat and my server was Pamela she was very rude maybe had a bad day but she talked badly about her co workers and her attitude was very poor. I understand having a bad day but as a paying customer I find it disturbing. Her poor attitude will not make us revisit. If your this unhappy get a new job.
