I heard a lot about Paparoni’s Pizzeria and was eager to try it out as a family. My daughter is a big pizza fan so we always enjoy trying something new when we have an opportunity to do so.
First the food. The pizza was delicious and more on the cheesy side. It reminded me of my favorite pizza style from Cincinnati. The breadsticks were my daughter’s favorite and the seasoning and texture were great!
The atmosphere is a great throwback vibe that I absolutely appreciated! If you miss pizzaria’s from the 80’s and 90’s era, please dine in and enjoy this wonderful throwback atmosphere. It’s seriously fantastic.
Lastly, the service. All of the employees were very friendly and nice. Very courteous and pleasant during my time in the restaurant. 5 out of 5.

When I have ordered here, in the past, I haven’t had an issue. Tonight for some reason, tonight was not that type of night. Tonight the house salad that I ordered a good majority of my spinach was refrigerated burnt, and I did not get the strawberries that I ordered. I am having a hard time wrapping my mind around the fact that who ever put my salad together didn’t noticed the condition of the spinach. That they just did a half as job.

We ordered online, the delivery took longer than anticipated and there was no ETA so we called. The woman on the phone was very apologetic and told us it would be there soon and to call if there was any issue with the order when it arrived. When it arrived, one of our pizzas was missing. When we called the second time, the person apologized profusely as it had been left behind and said he would get it to us as soon as he could. 2 minutes later our pizza was at the door. It was a large order, so I absolutely do not hold it against them. The service was phenomenal and only comes in second to the food. Hands down the best American/Italian in the area.

This place is always good however imagine my shock at paying $45 for lunch. We ordered our usual pizza and wings which is normally a special and normally $26. They no longer have this special but instead offer $5 off any large pizza and 12 wings. Got the check and 12 wings cost us $18.99. I have never paid $18.99 for 12 wings. I’ll be back for the pizza but ya’ll can keep the wings.

This was me and my wife’s first time. And wow. This place is really freaking amazing. I’ve made some calls to some of my friends and family and they are definitely excited to come try this place! Food so good. Service was excellent! My daughter is super picky about her pizza but she absolutely loved hers she’s already eaten half of it by herself! 20/10

The food was wonderful, had plenty of meats, cheese just the right amount of marinara, veggies, everything was EXCELLENT !

I ordered a small pepperoni pizza and a cheese cheesy breadsticks and my order was completely wrong. That is why that place is going downhill faster than you ever think . Used to be a good place to go eat pizza but not anymore. And also there was pizza dough on the counter and handing place over the pizza dough with no cover. Not a very sanitized place to eat. Throw my order in the trash. I will never go back

walked in, mold/mildew on the vent right above where we sat at. took 15 minutes to even get our drinks, and that was the only visit we had. even then, she had an attitude “what drink do you want?” thats it. took 6 more mins to get our drinks, then waited 15 more minutes before we had to ASK someone else to come and take our order. 30 minutes after ordering, we watched our food sit on the window for 15+ minutes. walked out.

Update 12/26/19 I had given 5 stars 6 months ago, but tonight I changed it to 3. I called in an order for carryout. The girl on the phone was snippy and rude. I ordered the Bourbon Burger. I asked if I could get it without peppers and was rudely told it didn’t come with peppers, although I was reading from the menu. I also asked for no tomatoes. I also told her I had a coupon. I ordered the lasagna also. My burger was ok. There were no tomatoes, but it did in fact have peppers. My bf had the lasagna which he said was cold and not good. I asked him if the girl was nicer in person he said “no”. Rude employees will ruin a business. I don’t know what the issue is with the rude employees and cold food. Hope they’re not going downhill. Because we have previously enjoyed it there, I will give it another chance. If I’m met with rudeness and mediocre food again that will be it.
Old review: Good food and good prices. The Philly cheese pizza is one of our favorite. They have a lot to choose from. Fast, friendly service. They have good sweet tea and yummy desserts.
