The food is great but we keep getting the same little server everytime and bless her heart, she can’t handle it. I usually don’t say anything but this last time she brought my husband his appetizer out first when we both ordered one. Mine came out with the pizza and the pizza was wrong. My glass is empty for a while and she didn’t refill it until she asked my husband if he wanted one. She had a group of friends there while she worked and they say right behind my husband and I and they had the absolute foulest and disgusting conversations and were talking badly about guests there eating. I know they are short staffed but that little girl and her friends are gonna end up getting this place closed bc of poor service.

Update 12/26/19 I had given 5 stars 6 months ago, but tonight I changed it to 3. I called in an order for carryout. The girl on the phone was snippy and rude. I ordered the Bourbon Burger. I asked if I could get it without peppers and was rudely told it didn’t come with peppers, although I was reading from the menu. I also asked for no tomatoes. I also told her I had a coupon. I ordered the lasagna also. My burger was ok. There were no tomatoes, but it did in fact have peppers. My bf had the lasagna which he said was cold and not good. I asked him if the girl was nicer in person he said “no”. Rude employees will ruin a business. I don’t know what the issue is with the rude employees and cold food. Hope they’re not going downhill. Because we have previously enjoyed it there, I will give it another chance. If I’m met with rudeness and mediocre food again that will be it.

We went here and boy are we glad . The fried mushrooms were fresh, hot and delicious. I ordered the Greek Salad with Sweet Vidalia Onion dressing and it was great. My husband ordered the Philly Cheese Steak sandwich and he loved it. Very impressed with the food and service. We will be back since we only live about 15 minutes away.

If your diet consists of only bread then eat here. The Hawaiian calzone had only pineapple & cheese & a couple small pieces of ham. The chicken wedge had 2 pepperoni’s & very little of anything but cheese & lettuce. My order was $ 26.27. Definitely A WASTE OF MONEY! WILL NOT RECOMMEND & I WILL NOT EAT HERE EVER AGAIN!

Sad place! Been delivering here for awhile now all of a sudden not anymore totally ridiculous.. Food not that great anyways been going down hill and customer service sucks! Only using them for a convience thing anyways! Should listen to other people about how terrible this place really is will never get any of my money again! Will let other people know as well bad business!! To bad theres not a zero star that’s all this place should get!!

Horrible service and food. Incompetent person taking orders over phone. Was told after not getting order correct that I was coming in to place order. Placed order with another person who was excellent customer care. Come back to get order only to get home to cold food. Had to call manager and request fresh food and was told only going to get fresh sides. I stated no all good will be replaced. Got replaced food and still wast right. I will not eat there again. Horrible service hands down.
