I had a great experience at this Waffle House. The food was good (chatted a bit with the cook, Mike about our Army experience), thecwaitresd, Kyra was very friendly and offer several coffee refills and I played some ‘oldie goldies’ songs on their jukebox! Enjoyed my visit very much!

I usually don’t eat breakfast, but was wanting hash browns today. What a great experience. Christina greeted all guest when they walk in. Pleasant to all customers with great customer service skills. Hard to find that. I got my money’s worth. Thank you for starting my day out good.

Near perfect breakfast, my timing was off by a bit and we arrived at the peak of breakfast rush on saturday standing room only.

Our server took forever to bring our drinks, forgot a waffle, didn’t come back for refills. We had to ask her more than once for multiple things. I usually am so understanding especially if busy (which they weren’t). This was a bit much when all the servers were just busy talking. We let another waitress know we didn’t get a waffle because she was walking by and our waitress wasn’t around. She acted like we were bothering her. Bad attitude all around.

We usually eat here and have never had a bad experience till today. Our server Christina was great however, the server by the name Jayla that was behind the counter was extremely loud and continued to yell at her coworkers intending to “play fight”. Unfortunately we were unable to eat our food in a peaceful environment and will not be returning if that’s the type of environment Waffle House is going to continue to have.
