It was the most delicious and clean of all the waffle house food I’ve ever had. I usually eat ham and cheese omelette, but it was even more delicious than Cracker and Barrel. The eggs were cooked very softly and were served neatly on a plate. The white woman who cooked the food was meticulous and skillful. However, it was bland compared to other places, and I had to order jelly to get it separately. I will stop by again if I’m passing by.

Decent Waffle House. Truck parking next door made it easy. The food was great. The young waiter was fairly distracted either conversation with some regular customers or playing the jukebox. A very nice waitress did a great job supplementing my table.

This was one of the most inconsiderate customer service experiences I’ve had. I stopped at Waffle House to place a to-go order just minutes after having carpal tunnel surgery. My arm was in a cast, and I am required to keep it elevated to prevent swelling. I briefly sat at the bar only to prop my arm while waiting.
Despite clearly explaining my medical condition—and with the cast plainly visible—I was told I could not sit at the bar because of “company policy.” No effort was made to accommodate a temporary medical need, no empathy was shown, and no alternative was offered. I was essentially dismissed.
Policies should never override basic human decency. When a customer is visibly injured and medically restricted, the least that can be done is show compassion. Because of the staff’s rigid and uncaring response, I canceled my order and left.
I hope management reviews this situation and reminds employees that customer service includes empathy—not just enforcing rules without regard for people.

Walking in no one welcomed us, all the employees was crowded around each other.
In our party of four we could not get booth. When we all stood there deciding where to sit the employees started rolling their eyes at us and told us to sit down after one person took up a whole booth. I felt very disregarded, extremely unwelcomed. Worst waffle house experience I have ever had.

Call make sure was open. Got there and only one person working the store my husband waited about 30.mins then she said she didn’t know how to cook much. He said she was having hard time cooking. So went to next exit they had closed sigh up saying to go to the one we was at first across king Ford. But had a man getting food on inside. 2 people in that store but looks like only served who they wanted to. Very very disappointed.

Only two tables in use… Three empty tables are still dirty. New customers coming in have been standing by dirty tables for 5 minutes. None of our orders have come back correctly. The server does not acknowledge us when we ask, or say thank you for anything.
