This Waffle House on Cottage Hill Rd was excellent! The food and service were some of the best we have ever had. Our waitress was Jenn and she was so nice and kept checking on us to see if we needed anything. The cook…I don’t remember his name…was excellent. I can’t remember what nights they both work. I know they are both there on Thursdays for sure.

I would say this location is one of the best in Mobile. We went on a busy Saturday morning, and we were well taken care of. Our waitress was very nice, the manager was also very nice and was checking in on everyone periodically. Food was great!

Order a waffle only and it was torn up on the back side. There was only two customers when I ordered (around 6:37am). A little effort goes a long way.

Server was good. Food was edible. Atmosphere could be much better. Only 2 out of the 5 employees were doing most of the work. One had a speaker box playing loud music and would rather attempt to sing and dance then do any work. Cost was OK.

We ate here today and it was the BEST Waffle House meal we’ve ever had!! Mrs Francis was our server and she absolutely has the best attitude and personality for the business. Our food was delicious and the service was even better. She kept the sweet tea rolling and and was so pleasant to be around. For it to be the 4th of July she was excited to be there. We are thinking of going back tomorrow even tho Mrs Francis is off….the food is THAT GOOD!!
