If I. Like rate this Waffle House 0 stars I would . The customer service was absolutely horrible . Lady basically threw the bag of food on the counter in front of us . Proceeds to give dirty looks , and just overall unprofessional. We came in at 5:30 the lady tells us they are closed with a straight face and we actually turned around about to leave but then I thought no y’all are not closed . The lady then proceeded to give a fake laugh and rudely takes our order . The nastiest customer service . Not only did the cooks proceed to argue amongst each other but also told other customers coming in that the grill needed to be cleaned so they couldn’t take orders until 7 . Keep in mind it’s 6:30 as I type this and I came in at 5:30 . I love going to different waffle houses places . But this was by far the worst Waffle House I’ve ever experienced

Currently nobody is behind the counter. Saw co-workers outside in the back area staring at me while me and another customer went inside, so I know they saw us come in. It has been 15 minutes now, and still …nobody to help take the customer who walked in at the same time as me nor mines order. You have an obligation to work a certain job, we all do. If you can’t do the job, and if you just don’t want to do it, then don’t do the job, don’t even think about applying. It’s not hard. Common sense. Manager should be seeing this and think about who she/he is hiring, and take precautions and action for moments like these. When this place (if it already hasn’t) hits the hay one day, you will know and see why. Disrespectful.
