8am was not busy at all..No acknowledgement of customers..Time is valuable..A simple “I’ll be with you in one moment” would’ve been great..No greeting no nothing..after standing 5 min no service I proceeded to try another location..Inside and outside was trashed..Whose working??

The food was good. I enjoy Waffle House this was my first visit at this one. Had gotten blood work done before and not eaten or drank anything. 3 hours before the doctor appointment so a friend and I went to the closest to get something to eat. They were not really busy for 8 in the morning and about 6-7 people working. They took our order quickly but we did not get our drinks til after we got our food. Also usually they are always checking to see if you want more coffee but I had to ask when I could get someone’s attention. If they’d been busier and fewer people I’d understand. I can’t complain about the food and won’t but the service needs help

Some of the most courteous workers. The cook came over to see if we would to have our onions grill or raw. The waitress was on point with service. What a pleasant surprise. Nothing beats service with a smile! Thank you for the experience.

I ordered a waffle… the waffle had a hole in it. Not understanding why. Then it was flat n flabby. Of course the cook did not prepare the waffle the manager did. I took it back and the cook remade it. It was much better.

Came in for breakfast today and my mom ordered her go to normal while I got the double chicken dinner with a waffle but the waiter should of placed my order of a crispy bacon alongside a extra double hashbrowns instead of being rude to the customer whom was placing the order! please retrained the staff and waiters on the customer always right!
