Lunch: a good and balanced thali with daal, rasam, sambhar, plain vegetarian sabzi, does chicken and chicken masala along with 1 papad, pickle, one roti and a pot of rice. There is also a cup of curd and a sweet. Tough to finish the entire thali but there is a slight imbalance of side dishes with carbs. Wish they had an option of a couple more rotis
A la carte: good Indo Chinese – gobianchurian and baby corn. But both slightly high on salt. Samosa didn’t do justice, I would avoid that. Main dishes were all good chicken Tikka masala, malai kofta and the Malabar paratha and naan were all good. I’d order a chicken or a veg biryani instead of egg biryani since the egg takes up valuable space in the vessel
Overall a good experience. The drinks like buttermilk was good too
The chicken thali was not identical to the images on their website. It was similar to veg thali with just two veg curries swapped with two chicken items. For both thali, there were couple of basic items (sambar, and dal) that smelled and tasted stale. The other curries were mediocre.
The kadai paneer and naan were decent but a bit pricey. We were disappointed with the food quality and taste. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you are looking for a good thali options.
The Korma was tasty and fresh – just like the chapatis and the chicken. However there was no tikka in the Chicken Tikka Masala. It was as if I ordered Butter Chicken. That is the only gripe I have with this place.
Will come back for another round.
Well organized with nice ambience. Had tandoori chicken biryani and it came piping hot and super fresh. Water served in copper glasses were super duper clean too.
I loved it thoroughly.
