Early on a Saturday morning, it was not yet crowded. I was able to get my favorite seat at the low counter where I could watch people coming and going. And it’s always awesome to watch the kitchen try to keep up.

Just a waffle with pecans this morning. Cooked properly and served quick. I timed it – less than eight minutes from the time I walked through the door to the time I had my breakfast. Zero complaints!

Crew was busy and the restaurant was clean. It was perhaps a little loud with the music going and the orders being shouted but that’s Waffle House.

Very nice friendly environment. Clean tables. Jennifer was prompt very kind and took my order as soon as I was ready. Food came out very fast , the sandwich and hash browns were made perfectly as well. Definitely recommend this waffle house

First time eating at this Waffle House, and it wasn’t good. They were not busy but there was an extremely noticeable lack of organization and communication. Seemed like the cook was probably to new to be running the flat top by himself and the server didn’t see very experienced himself. The reason I gave a 2 Star review was the politeness of the server to no charge for our drinks after we left following a lengthy wait without satisfaction.

I took all the cousins here for breakfast the first week of school. We had so much fun-it will probably be a new tradition! Service was great, the food was gobbled down, and the atmosphere was about as American as you can get. ☺️ Hard-working people filled the dining area and the servers knew a lot of their names…think Cheers sitcom! Everyone seemed to be enjoying the moment. I will definitely go again!

I usually go late after 10pm and the crew the other night were professional yet personable. Very friendly and cared about preparing to my order. When packing up my waffles were sure they did it to my satisfaction and genuinely cared if I was happy with the service. The same lady seems to be there at night as usual I wish I had my receipt to give her credit and a big shout out! You can tell she knows what she is doing and could probably could work any position as well run every station herself! Hope her higher ups know this about her!

My daughter and I dined at Foley WH this morning. Our server Lisa was the best. She got everything we needed and checked on us multiple times. Our food was great, too. Everything was cooked exactly as ordered. The only thing negative was Erica who cashed out our tickets. She was quite short and rude when we asked her to split our orders. 2 meals 2 waters – it shouldn’t have been a problem.

Always have trouble placing a to go order over the phone. We have 2 Waffle House’s and both are pretty close to one another and to my house. I called both the last few times to try and place an order and and was not able to place my order ahead of time over the phone any of those times. TheTime before last I got a recording that stated Waffle House was not taking phone orders via the phone so I has to go there, order and wait. When I arrived, I asked about why they were not taking phone orders. The server seemed to be clueless about what I asked and said they do take phone orders.. IAs I waited,, I placed a call to the store when they were on the phone to see if that’s just a call waiting recording and it was.. On May 16th, I called each one back to back for 20 min (11:22- 11:42)before giving up. It took me maybe 8 min to get to the one on Foley Beach Expressway. My guess was they simply didn’t want to answer the phone abd and it seemed, I was right. When I got there there was not one customer there, no one was cooking either. Only one dirty plate and cup at the counter with barstools. The cook was the only person in the restaurant. I asked if they were not taking phone orders. She gave me some nonsense about them maybe turning phone off as people tend to place an order but go to the wrong Waffle house. The cook claimed they ” just had their a***** handed to them.” But, by having only 2 dirty place settings, I highly doubt it (as It took me 8 min to get there.) If that was the case it didn’t appear that way. Also they chose to clean rather than answer the phone. I was in the industry over 25 years and I know they had not just had a rush that ended and a cook and a pregnant server managed to get the restaurant in tip top shape in less than 8 min. waasked if she was working alone to which she replied, no the other girl had to leave to get food cus she is pregnant….umm I thought Waffle House has a big variety of food to suit any one. The server got back, and immediately began to calculate my order…without so much as a smile, a hello, a sorry I stepped out for a moment, or a thank you for waiting.NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT WHATSOEVER UNTIL, SHE WAS READY TO GIVE ME A TOTAL AND TAKE MY PAYMENT. She didn’t even bother to repeat my order to me to make sure it was correct especially since, she had no clue what correct was (because she was pregnant and had to she leave for food.) Me knowing how things operate with orders being incorrect many times before, I thought it best to ask her, “did you get my double pecan waffle?” GUESS WHAT…NOPE SHE DIDN’T…GOOD THING I ASKED.I tipped her 5 bucks for not doing anything at all ( I was a server for many year and I always tip).I didn’t get a smile a thank you, nothing. Took the tip and sat down to eat while I waited. Server was not welcoming, grateful personable as a server should be. Despite giving me bull reasons the phone was not being answered, I thought the cook had a great personality. She was friendly, warm and welcoming, and she was the one to say thank you and have a good nite. She should have been the one to get the tip as she did the work. Cook and server need to switch positions. Hard nite, bad day, or tired and pregnant matters not when you serve the public. I know it’s Waffle House but you still need manners. On

Shout out to Autumn, Bryce and Kai. Just finished a hard day at work, I missed lunch, needed some comfort food and all three ended up being the bright spot in my day. I got my bacon sandwich and some scambled eggs to take home and unwind from a challenging day at my job as a maintenance man during the busy peak season on Orange Beach (insert long sigh here). I thank them more than you know. Good conversation as I waited even as they were attentive to the other customers they served along with their other job duties. I notice those things. I hope this review comes to the attention of management as an example that will keep me coming to support this national food chain.

Got there went in sat at a booth. Waitress brought silver ware. Walked to next table, never said a word to me. She went and stood by cook for many minutes. I kept looking her way. Never acknowledged me. After I sat there for almost 10 minutes I got up and left.
I usually receive good service at Waffle House restaurants. So was disappointed at this Waffle House locatiom.
