PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE EATING HERE & LISTENNN DO WHAT YOU WANT BUT I WILL NEVER EAT FROM HERE AGAIN!!! FOOD IS TERRIBLE WORST THAN TERRIBLE NO WORDS CAN EXPLAIN! I ordered from Uber eats over $50 Ordered my lamb was burnt my curry goat was tasteless and the potatoes were water. The Roti was hard in most ends and my white rice was also mush. I guess they soaked the lamb in vinegar for too long but it was horrendous and DONT get me started on the price versus potion size! Will add photos YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED WHO IS KEEPING THIS PLACE IN BUSINESS!!!!!!!

I just ordered from uber eats. There was a baby roach or some sort of bug crawling in my food!!!! What type of infestation do you guys have to have bugs actively living in the rice??!!! I’m disgusted. DO NO EAT HERE!

I ordered on Ubereats and the food was absolutely disgusting. Chicken & broccoli with white rice. No flavor, chicken and broccoli was in a watery soup mess. The rice was so mushy. I will never order nor recommend this place. Go to Castaways in East Orange.

I ordered from uber eats. I work nights and didn’t have dinner so I placed an order for curry goat and recieved curry chicken! If I wanted chicken I would have ordered that!
While at work, I called and told them about their mistake, they ask I’f I can come pickup my re made order. I explained that I was working a few towns away and can’t leave hence uber eats. I was told to contact uber eat for a refund .
At 1am in the morning it was difficult to reach anyone at uber eats + all the work to get a refund..which wasn’t credited to my account..not sure what happened.
As a 1st responder working all night, I expect my food to be what I ordered because I can’t leave to get food and I don’t have time to figure out calling uber to get a refund + reorder my dinner!
It’s goat vs chicken..you can totally tell the difference!
I wanted to like this place but you can’t read a very simple order right!
And the hassle to get a refund at that time of night is too much!
Oh and from pervious orders, the rice is was way soft. Soggy like..

I had high hopes for this place based on reviews. Granted the order was for delivery and I placed my order around 8:00pm. I ordered curry chicken (no rice) and sweet plantains. I received curry bones and sweet plantains. I understand that sometimes when it’s late, restaurants run out of some of the items on the menu, a simple call to suggest other items would be better than filling an order and risk losing a first time customer. I’m giving two stars because I thought the flavor was on point and the sweet plantains were great! I will also try again, maybe second time is a charm.

$19 for Curry chicken with rice and peas is absolutely insane for the quantity of the food which does not include steamed cabbage & plantains which you must purchase separately. I’m all for raising prices due to inflation but don’t cheat your quantity and quality! The chicken was undercooked…raw!!! This was my 1st and last order. Sadly the best thing that I had was the steamed cabbage and plantains.

my family bought our Easter dinner from here. The food was so good we forgot to take pictures. The jerk chicken obviously was very good and so is the oxtail. We would love to come again! food was not very spicy but they added separate sauce containers with a spicy scotch bonnet sauce. So good!
