Hi! I am reaching out to you today to let WH truly understand the gem we have at our Jacksonville Alabama WH. Anyone in the nation can visit any WH 24/7 and have the same great experience anywhere they go. What sets ours apart from the other thousands of locations is an employee named Telfra “Tweety” Ferrell. When my daughter asks us to go eat breakfast, she doesn’t ask to eat at Waffle House. She’s asks to go eat with HER Tweety. And so do the other kids! Over the years, Tweety has become an integral part of our small community by remembering names, our birthdays and our lives, making us feel like when we eat with her, we are eating with family. Again, anyone can eat at any WH, but Tweety has set such a high standard of professionalism, bringing the community together, top notch service and including customers that eating at any other WH really just doesn’t compare. I wrote this today to shine light on an amazing person and employee you have to give her the credit she truly deserves in which so many people here would agree with. She honestly makes going out to eat such a pleasant and heartwarming experience, it doesn’t even compare to other locations because when you get to eat at the Jville Al WF. it’s like coming home for the holidays and having a family get together every single time. I could write a novel about what an amazing person and employee Tweety is, but sometimes words just aren’t enough to describe the feelings that special employee gives their customers and the fact that Tweety delivers that quality every single day whether she is sick or having a bad day, really speaks so loudly to her character and high morals. She deserves all of the positive recognition she gets and so much more. You truly have an amazing employee and we are thankful as a town for her

I’m usually not one to leave a bad review, however I was treated with utter disrespect when I tried to go here and get something to eat. It was kind of late, around 1 a.m. I have a disability that causes me to have issues eating regularly and I was pretty hungry. Just wanted a bite to eat. One of the employees had the worst attitude I’ve ever seen and when she realized I wasn’t okay with that, she literally called the cops on me for NO reason. Twisted the situation to put the blame on me and really caused problems for no reason. So, I’m not allowed to go back to this location but it’s okay. I can go to literally any other Waffle House anyways. I’ll NEVER give them my business or money again.

Food & service was good & quick, a lot of waffle house cooks use too much grease, but the food here was prepared well. And it wasn’t cold enough to kill an Eskimo inside there like a lot of waffle house locations.

I almost hate to share this: This is the best Waffle House of all Waffle Houses. I hate telling you because This place stays crowded. This is why- (Tweety was our server today but I love them all.) There is always a hometown warmth here that is unmatched anywhere else. These people do their best to make your experience fabulous. I don’t eat here for the food. It’s Waffles, right? I eat here because they are friendly and want you to have a good meal. It is well worth the short wait time for a table. What am I saying? I really don’t want you to know about Jacksonville’s best kept secret!

Our server Tweety made our visit! She is the absolute sweetest and so joyful. She made my daughter a special Minnie Mouse waffle and put sipped cream on her chocolate milk. She clearly goes the extra mile to bring joy to all! We love her !!

I took my grandson there for his birthday. I can’t say enough about how wonderful the staff was here. They made him so happy that the smile hasn’t come off his face all day. Exceptional staff. Not only was our meal good but they just lifted everybody’s spirits in the whole place. You are very fortunate to have such great staff. They sang happy birthday to him, they played a happy birthday song. He wants me to start taking him to this one instead of the other ones because now this is his favorite waffle House
