Usually come here frequently. Like once a week. Usually online orders. Tonight I came in and they were busy. I will give them that however. Leaving food mess and tips on the bar for 30 minutes and a half gallon of chocolate milk on the counter for the same amount of time is absolutely ridiculous also not to mention the fact they didn’t make my food right. I’m not usually one to complain but come on man.

“Well, so much for a smoke break” I just heard this come from one of the guys as soon as I sat down. I live right up the road from this Waffle House and this is my go to spot but, I get a a little apprehensive accepting food from someone who has so much disdain about their job. I immediately got up and left. Waffle House in Alexandria at third shift is not the place to go!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Waffle House. Just gonna leave it at that. I won’t be coming back. I will say this, the waitress working on 9-9-25 at 7:30 pm should not be allowed to be a waitress. Ever. Anywhere. God awful service. And what makes it so bad, the place was practically empty.

I frequent the Alexandria Waffle House. This Sunday 7/20/25, a friend and I were having breakfast. As we were finishing the waitress who got my order wrong from the beginning, took my friends plate while she was still eating! Then in a few minutes a man (who I assume was the cook) ask us to move and go to a counter so they could seat someone in our booth. There were plenty of counter seats and bar seats. We were still drinking our water. It might have been different if there had been NO seats available. This is unacceptable! No way to treat customers much less regular customers!!!

There was a spider crawling around in the table, utensils had a bit of food stuck on it, and the waitress didn’t write the order down right. Other than those few areas, the food was good, they were every attentive and kind.
