stopped at this location to grab a quick bite while traveling. restaurant was clean, and appeared to be well organized. upon our arrival, they had multiple people waiting that had already ordered prior to us. after placing our order, we were told that wait time on chicken was going to be about 20mins. i decided to engage with other customers regarding their wait time, and was told they had been waiting already for 30mins prior to me ordering. i would possibly recommend someone for corporate to look into this location. Honestly, I feel as though the service & quality of these restaurant has truly gotten away from the company’s mission statement.

worst place ever in the whole world!! can i give zero stars???ramen noodles that i went home and ate after this visit hit the spot better than this place cus at least my noodles were fresh and hot unlike the old soggy nasty food i received. i ordered fried pickles and they didn’t even fill them up to the top!!!! after i placed my order i went in there after 15 minutes and it still wasn’t done! chick didn’t even greet me, had a nasty attitude; she had her back turned and tried yelling at me telling me saying she didn’t know when she’ll get to the order because she hasn’t even started working on them yet and she will get to to it when she gets to it. plus they cant give out refunds cus you have to do it thru the app if u ordered thru the app. not sure why we waste our time here!!! really hoping for the next best chicken spot to open so everyone can continue to avoid popeyes and maybe corporate can come and run the crew and management out of there, ain’t none of them worth a dime or my time.

I placed an order on the app. When I get to the store, I was told they didn’t have the food I ordered and they stopped carrying that specific item (shrimp). I was told the manager forgot to take it off the app. I chatted with their robot online with no success on a refund. 3 days later, still no refund! I’m highly disappointed with the conduct of this Popeyes! Don’t eat at the Popeyes in Cambridge Maryland!!!

Love Popeyes so much I got 2 gift cards for my birthday! Unfortunately, the cashier was unable to get it to work (manager) and although I knew 100% it had money on it, they told me it was empty. I decided to forget it and pay out of pocket… No chicken sandwiches, no mild tenders, no apple pies! Cashier became annoyed, like I knew they didn’t have chicken, so went with the only thing. Ghost pepper. Oh well, won’t be going there anymore!!!

Popeye’s has bonafide crispy fried chicken and shrimp. The service is fast and friendly. You can enjoy classic sides like rice or fries with your meal. The restrooms and dining area here is clean.

Absolutely horrendous. Extremely dirty, the food just sits out cold, horrible service. How this place has not been condemned yet I do not know.. they should take a lesson from other Popeyes on customer service and food preparation.

I have been to this location twice now, a month and a half apart. PUT A BATTERY IN YOUR SMOKE DETECTOR! Both times I went and ate inside after a very long 12 hour overwhelming and overstimulating shift in the Easton ER trying to eat a nice hot meal and had to listen to the terribly loud constant chirping of the smoke alarm. How hard is it to change a battery, I feel bad for the staff.
Barely got any gravy at all on my mashed potatoes and the chicken and biscuit were old and dry.
Anne both visits the sprite was just the carbonation and no syrup. Hard to believe it happened to be out both times and their other sodas either go spraying everywhere or taste terrible.
Will not be back.

We ordered the new crispy bite strips and we’re told there would be a wait. We agreed which seemed to anger a cashier for then after that anything we tried to order they were out of. I imagine you can be out of many things, but she said they only had the spicy version of the crispy wraps available when it seems it’s only a matter of
a different sauce. It was absolutely a horrendous amount of time to wait for some fast food. We sat out front for almost 15 full minutes before they brought our food out. That was after the manager had to come out and got our receipt and confirm what we had ordered.

This location is slowly but surely falling down I doubt if it’s going to be around much longer the taste of the chicken is not what it used to be someone’s cutting corners bottom line it sucks

It took 30 minutes for a simple order just a wrap a number 1 and three tenders. When I was in there the smoke alarm went off twice. The bathroom door to the women’s bathroom was broken. Never going there again absolutely horrible.
