Went in for breakfast last weekend after hearing a few good things, and overall it was a solid experience. The place had a relaxed, neighborhood kind of feel, nothing fancy but comfortable. I ordered eggs with hash browns and toast, and everything came out hot and fresh. The hash browns were crispy on the outside, which I always appreciate. Coffee was decent and refills came without having to ask twice. Service felt friendly and casual, like they weren’t rushing you out the door.

ordered through the app and waited over 20 minutes. During that time, staff were not attentive to orders. I had to knock on the window to get service.
When I received my food, it was poorly prepared and not acceptable. The quality raised concerns for me, and I chose not to eat it. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and better attention to customers and food quality is needed.

I recently had the pleasure of stopping by Waffle House and indulging in one of their classic menu items: the Sausage Biscuit. Let me tell you, it was absolutely wonderful!
The biscuit itself was perfection—fluffy, warm, and baked to that ideal golden-brown. It had a comforting, buttery flavor that was the perfect vehicle for the main event: the sausage patty. The patty was savory, perfectly seasoned, and had a great texture. Together, the two components create that quintessential, satisfying, and utterly delicious Southern breakfast bite that Waffle House is famous for. It’s a simple item executed flawlessly, and it’s fantastic value for the money.
Beyond the delicious food, I have to give a massive compliment to the staff. The service was truly stellar! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a genuine, cheerful welcome. My server was attentive, efficient, and had a wonderful, friendly attitude that made the entire experience feel warm and inviting. They kept the coffee coming and made sure every part of my order was correct and timely. It’s that combination of consistent, quick, and friendly service that sets Waffle House apart.

The primary issue with this location is that you cannot go in and eat after like 8pm. It is located in a pretty good neighborhood so makes no sense. Haven’t been to it since and drive the extra miles to go to south parkway location.

Worst waffle house experience ever. Thankfully the food was the same great waffle house.
The coffee pots were empty and nobody seemed concerned enough to make another pit until I flagged someone down and held up my cup. We paid $2.50 for each tiny cup of coffee and I grapped a cup to go on the way out. Refills is why you pay $2.50.
When the silverware was delivered, he placed a pile of 1 forks,spoons and knives and 2 napkins in front of my husband.lol. breakfast came the same way. Placed everything in front of him so he could distribute. There seemed to be enough people, so I don’t know what the deal was. Perhaps a leadership issue with low expectations. It was in Huntsville, so maybe hard to hire?
Lastly, you needed gloves and a parka to eat there. It was freezing.

Great experience Good service Hayley did an exception job taking orders. Hayley from waffle house had a scheduled cash drop and Hayley was extremely composed and patient with the next customer who was slightly agitated because of a shift change and cash drop. She was really unreasonable, however Hayley remained polite and professional. Cook did well food was good hit the spot.
